Robert and Manny were great. Manny got me scheduled and connected me with Robert. Robert had great customer service , communication, positive attitude , every thorough, improved a few items that needed it to ensure leaks would not return. He also followed up the next day to make sure all is well. 10/10
Hired Western Rooter twice over the past two years for pinhole leaks. Both times crew were on time and got the job done (leak detection and then pipe replacement). However, I didn't feel pricing was reasonable. The first time it was over $1000, the second was over $1700, $275 of it is for leak detection, so the rest is for replacing the pipe.
I have used Western Rooter several times. They always answer the phone, respond in a timely manner, are honest with what they find and I refer them to my friends! Their technicians are friendly and respectful too.
Tony Bernal and his assistant fixed my shower leak thoroughly and professionally. Will use for future needs, highly recommended.

The team was extremely professional and replaced both water pipes quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job, and everything was completed neatly. They also used professional equipment to keep my home clean throughout the process and left everything spotless when they finished. I really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them!

I appreciate the fact that the Western Rooter staff always keeps you informed about their progress. They let you know when they will arrive, describe the problem and the cost to fix it. They also let you know the progress and when they are finished.
They have been to my house twice. They responded within hours to both of my phone calls and were very kind and helpful. Both problems were fixed quickly and efficiently, and options were explained to me. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. Jairo and Leo showed up right on time, just as promised, and took care of business. A little pricey, but when you’ve got a broken pipe inside your kitchen wall flooding under your kitchen and dining room floors, price becomes secondary. Professional, responsive, and worth it when you need the job done right.
The plumber diagnosed the leak issue quickly and provided the estimate to repair. I approved, and the plumber left to buy the needed parts and promptly returned. The plumber fixed the leak. He was personable and professional.

Pablo showed up on time and he took care of all our issues. He cleared our shower drain and replaced the valve on our toilet. Now the shower drains and our toilet no longer leaks! Western Rooter and Pablo are great!
