Your company workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard. We appreciated them for their efforts. However, the prices were pretty high taking into consideration their time and the quality of the materials purchased.
I have used Western Rooter several times. They always answer the phone, respond in a timely manner, are honest with what they find and I refer them to my friends! Their technicians are friendly and respectful too.
We had an emergency situation on a commercial roof. Western Rooter came out the same day a few hours after the initial call. They sent me an estimate and after we approved they were out there first thing in the morning the issue was resolved and everyone was happy. We will always call Western Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future.

My plumber, Brandon, was great. Very personable and I could tell he knew his trade. He communicated well and made sure that I felt comfortable with the estimate before he began his work. These guys are awesome. Jairo and Leo showed up right on time, just as promised, and took care of business. A little pricey, but when you’ve got a broken pipe inside your kitchen wall flooding under your kitchen and dining room floors, price becomes secondary. We had a plumbing emergency - a blown emergency shut off valve in the master closet. Alex was sent out and he was great. He arrived in the specified window, and had our home put back together in just a few hours. While expensive due to it being an emergency call, pricing was transparent. Highly recommend!
I have been using Western for quite a few years now.
