Western Rooter responded quickly to my call for service. The service men were polite and knowledgeable. The job of fixing my toilet was well done.
Happy with the service. Nice knowledgeable team members.
Prompt and courteous service.
Western Rooter came out the next day after I called. We had a leaking toilet, we thought, but the tech checked everything and found no leak. Turns out he and I both missed it. The leak was at the bolt connection where the tank connects to the bowl. Easy to miss . Even so, the Western Rooter tech was very nice…
Mitch at Western Rooter has been assisting us in getting to know a home we just bought. He was able to repair leaking fixtures, advise on a water conditioning unit, and locate our water shut off valves. We will certainly be calling them again. They are responsive, fast, and efficient.
Elias was very knowledgeable, and Professional. He was confident when explaining the plumbing process, which is extremely important to the customer(s) that do not know anything about plumbing.
Justin completed another repair (toilet replacement) for my small apartment building in Burbank- no issues. We appreciate the reliable service.
