Great value, professional work, communication is wonderful.
Since hiring Westfall’s, , my yard has steadily increased in its health and overall appearance . Great service every time!
Have been using Westfall's for well over three years and our lawn has never looked better. Lavonche knows his stuff and lets me know what needs to be done as far as watering and he takes care of the rest. Highly recommended all day, every day.
They do a fantastic job. If I have a problem, they take care of it right away. I would highly recommend Westfall's Lawn Care and Pest Control.
Watched tech he diddd vs a great job can I keep him every time
Excellent service and knowledge, we have been with them for four years. Our lawn is the envy of the street.
Annual update: well after a great start, the yard went to the weeds again. And they got rid of my tech for some reason. The 6 month honeymoon period was good but it went downhill pretty fast. Cancelled my service after a year. Still fighting the weeds. :( I tried advanced enviro care for a year then Farrow for a…
the lawn looks o.k. still has some weed spots but it looks like they are getting smalleer
I have used a National franchise for lawn care in the past. That said, Westfall's cannot be matched for service, consistency, scope of what they cover for what they charge, helpful newsletters and reminders, and a FREE extra-care application yearly! I am glad I chose a Local lawn care company.
Very responsive. Technician explains everything that is done. They are always on time and let us know ahead of time when they will be there
Completely satisfied with services provided.
Service tech Xavier Wade was professional and friendly. He was helpful and willing to get the job done with applying a rust remover for a stain.
Levanche is wonderful, he always takes the time to listen when I have concerns about my plants and lawn and is very helpful with good advice.
Jessie came out and serviced our yard today. She was incredible! She’s very knowledgeable and very kind. She took time to answer my questions and showed me what she was doing and why! She examined all our trees and shrubs, as well as the lawn and took action. We couldn’t be happier with her extremely high level…
This now is the 4th or so application of the various lawn and shrub products and I am very much impressed. I met their tech Xavier Wade and he explained most of the products he applied and what I needed to do for a healthy lawn and shrub outcome for sprinkler run times. Xavier is very knowledgeable and very…
Once a month they come out and spray my lawn with fertilizer and weed control
Westfall's does a super job caring for our yard through every season. Much appreciated!
I was having a few issues and I called them. They sent out a technician and an expert to figure out the problem and treat it. Very happy!
Chris always does an outstanding job fertilizing my lawn and taking care of my spots with weed. Always knocks on my door to keep me informed of the treat to be apply.
I absolutely love Westfalls. They do such a great job inside our home, the outside perimeter of our home and the lawn specialist is thee best. The office staff are fantastic, especially Michelle! Great service Great results!!!
Weeds everywhere, I’ve been a customer for many years. Not sure why things have gone downhill. Also, not sure why I’m still paying for lawn service with the amount of weeds all through my lawn. Auto-Bill with transaction history attached for proof since Mar 2025. Make your own decisions based on this honest proof included review.
As a new customer, Adam was great. Personable and polite. He explained what he's doing today.
Jermaine continues to be an excellent technician. Of the various services we get in the maintenance and upkeep of our yard and home, Jermaine is the best…and the best we’ve had thus far. Thx.
My yard is looking much better since I switched to Westfall's. My technician is super friendly and very informative. highly recommend.
Westfall is always available to respond asap and take care of any issues I might have. Our service guy is wonderful, we really appreciate him in our neighborhood.
Profesional service provider explained everything he was going to before. After he explained areas of concern and what he had treated my lawn for.
We have been using Westfall’s (on the recommendation of our neighbor), since we moved in three months ago. The lawn was in terrible shape (in part due to the ongoing drought and subsequent watering restrictions), however since Westfall’s took over the pest control and lawncare, there has been a significant…
My front yard looks great, but the side yard (north of the driveway) is still full of weeds and other grasses. My neighbors on both sides have overgrown weeds that creep into our yard. I wish you would overspray - just a little - to keep their weeds from encroaching on my lawn.
Great service and communication as always! Reliable and knowledgeable tech. Great experience overall!
Now with warmer weather our lawn is in great shape thanks to Westfall's. Our neighbors switched back to Westfall's fir better results.
We have been using Westfall's lawn and pest company for several years to treat our lawn. So far they have been the most reliable and have produced the best results of any prior services we've used. Our Tech, Christopher Miller, has been awesome! He rings our doorbell and lets us know what service and the specific…
Communication. She did a very good job explaining exactly the service provided that day.
We've had Westfall's maintaining our yard and lanai for several years. They do a great job and we would highly recommend them!
Have been using Westfall's for about a year and 1/2. Our lawn and plant beds have never looked better. Our technician is always very respectful and professional. Always wants to know if we have a concerns or issues and immediately addresses them. We have recommended Westfall's to several of our neighbors
I've used this company for almost 8 years, they USED to be good. The current technician according to the company "has a unique approach" yeah one that won't believe the customer that they have chinch bugs when the lawn is rotting away!!
Great service, excellent advice knowledgeable when it comes to this business. I tried several different companies before settling on this one.
Kelley dud a great job and went over everything.
Westfall lawn and plant care was excellent. The staff are very polite, professional and knowledgeable.
We've been with Westfals for many years and we're still totally satisfied. Our lawn looks great plus they also do the pestcontrol for the house. We haven't any problems. I there is an issue, it's taken care off immediately and you're not pushed off! The office staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I would…
I've had several experiences with Westfall's and continue to use them now for over 6 years for two of my homes. My grass has always looked great, and my homes have been bug free! I also used them to tent one of my rentals for cockroaches. After the tenting and clean out my rental was bug free and it gave me the…
Took time to explain any issues with grass and/or shrubs and how to cure issues. Complemented on how well the lawn appeared.
Very fast to respond to questions. Great service and great value.
6/5/26- Crabgrass and weeds are rampant in front, side, and back yards. Tech treated this week, and assured me I would see improvement in next few weeks. I realize some of this is seasonal, but need to see noticeable turnaround by end of June.
Richard is very thorough and provides helpful information.
The person that came today to inspect the house is awesome. Knew what to look for an explain information of the service if I would ever have any rodent. I am grateful for the service he provided and also the company Westlawn for helping and sending someone out quick..
As a New customer with only 3 treatments I am seeing my lawn come alive more than it has in a long time. Very professional company and seem to be thorough thus far. I have several neighbors that I watched have good results is reason for me choosing Westfalls. Pricing is significantly higher than I was paying but I see solid results.
I have the greenest and best looking lawn in the neighborhood. They come out once a month.
Lavonche is the best!
Crystal and Andy did a great job providing a thorough inspection and treatment of termites at our home. Crystal spent time making a few visits and did a detailed review of the house, attic, any area that could be a concern. Then she provided a treatment with Andy to treat the suspect areas. Would highly recommend them both!
Great company to work with, knowledgeable employees & above average communication, as well as results!
Chris is the best. Great personality and wonderful service. Thank you.
Great communication and service
Great quality

Richard always gives us good service.
Made aware they were here. Explained in detail plan of action to treat lawn.

Very pleased with Westfalls Lawn and Pest control. I believe in hiring Local businesses and having them do my Lawn care and Pest control was the right choice. They show up on time and always inform me of what they are doing. The staff that do the work explain problem areas and fix it. Very satisfied.
Overall you have provided good service for lawn and pest control to us over the years at reasonable prices. Amber has been willing to work with us which we appreciate. Aside from a few missed appointments, including a current one, you have done good by us.
Arrived at 907, left at 929. Ten minutes to fill tanks. 12 minutes to treat a half an acre lawn ? Billed for ornamental service. Nothing done. Called to question, was told a manager would call. No call. Weeds thriving.
Jonathan was awesome. Very nice, professional and friendly. We had a great conversation outside of the service he was providing. We use Westfall's for a turf and added termite and pest control, because we feel they do a great job!
I much prefer the former courtesy of the Westfall technicians knocking on the door on their arrival at the site of their applications before they start work…..to see if there are any issues or concerns by the customer, and then providing a service ticket on the front door as a record of services rendered.
Not going so great. Over two months and my lawn is just getting worse and worse. I was told the first tech screwed up and was fired, ever since then my sod has continued to decay with no progress. I'm tearing sod out now. Please rectify this! Review update- I ended up replacing about 40 squares of sod and it has…
Ed and Jonathan have been very informative, professional and polite. Highly recommend this family and locally owned company
Very pleased with the initial treatments from Westfall's. Three different technicians came to treat our lawn, shrubs, and trees. All 3 technicians introduced themselves, gave us advice on maintenance, and were methodical in their applications.
It's good having a lawn service that does care and easy to contact,we've had Westfalls for 3 years and even with the droughting were happier with their work. We give them a 5 Star, they always give the extra and not just Hit and Run like other we've had. Our lawn looks fantastic. Mark+Linda H. Parrish Fl.
I’ve been using Westfalls for at least the last 11 years and I’ve always been extremely impressed with their professionalism, service, and the way my yard and pest control is maintained! Every visit, including this last one has been superb
The technician rang the doorbell, introduced himself and was very pleasant. Very respectful of property and also helpful answering my questions. Highly recommend!

Lavonche does a fantastic job taking care of my yard! He is eager to share what's going on with the turf, always with a big warm smile and a vigorous handshake! Even my dogs love to see him.
Amazing company! Grass looks so good …. Excellent service!
Great service & excellent job and communication by the representative at my home.

Just switched to Westfalls for lawn care - Lavonche took the time to explain what he was doing - explain follow-up I need to take on watering after he completed lawn treatment and making sure I knew the schedule and how he was going to be taking care of property to improve and beautify! The young man that came the last several times is very professional. He explains the applications and listens to all my concerns. He’s very personable. He said the grass would be with less weeds in the spring and he was right. Great job
Very good experience with signing up for service. Did not have to be present for yard inspection. Great for people who work. Referred by a friend who has a beautiful yard.
My technician, Thomas, showed up on time and answered all my questions. He treated both the lawn and exterior perimeter shrubbery with fertilizer, insect control and weed control. His service was competent and his training was apparent.
Lawns in our area have made an amazing recovery thanks to their great service
John came out today and was great! He called ahead, explained the fungicide and watering schedule. He was thorough and professional.
I love the personal attention that Westfall’s gives to me and my property. The service is second to none and my home has been pest free ever since I have been a customer. Our lawn guy always lets us know he is here. He knows we don’t want our dog on the lawn or outside when he’s fertilizing so he always gives us a heads up. He is also alway sure to come on the best day for us.
Great service, knowledgeable people.
Home pest control and lawn fertilizer. Happy with the service.
I saw the difference in one month
Great job very knowlegable
We've had quite a few lawn services while in Bradenton. These folks are by far the best. They are thorough, engaged in their service, and responsive to problems. Highly recommended.
Update at February, 2026: Westfall continues to be a reliable and effective Lawn service for us, in addition to having friendly and helpful personnel visiting our home. As a result, I do not mind saying that we have one of the best-looking and most healthy lawns in our neighborhood. Many thanks.
Any issues they are quick to return and repeat treatments. We had a serious ant problem for awhile eventually we got it under control.

We have been using Westfall lawn service for many years. After the hurricanes of 2024 they brought our very water damaged lawn and plants back to a beautiful condition again. Highly recommend and the service technicians are polite and professional and do a great job. Thank you
Westfalls does an excellent job. They go out of their way to make sure they cover all areas.
When my lawn was dying and turning brown from spraying weed killer twice, talked to a represenative. He said he will come out and look at it and give me an update. Iam still waiting.
Was not informed of visit which did not align with schedule previously communicated.
Westfalls is awesome, always on time, excellent service and the lawn looks great all year long. The pest control service is the best!

Highly recommend this company. Reliable, professional and knowledgeable.
Dale the technician is thorough and conscientious.
Excellent service my Imani. Best technician Westfall has ever sent and the only one we want caring for our property. Westfall is responsive and courteous.
After several years of service my lawn is not looking much better than when I first started the service. The team is very nice and they come when scheduled and leave a note on what was done but the results aren't there.
Westfall has been doing our lawn and bed fertilization and outdoor house pest control (including spider control in our pool cage) for several years now. All good! They show up when scheduled, are friendly and professional, explain what they are doing, and we are happy with the results! We pre-pay an annual amount…
Our lawn is beautiful now that we have consistent lawn care from Westfall. John is very thorough and timely!
Chris and Troy were very helpful and informative. They took the time to talk with me about what needed to be done. This a work in progress for now. They treated new sod that is failing and talked about what needed to be done to help bring it back. I would highly recommend them for their professional expertise and knowledge of what they do.
Lawn has never looked better….very pleased with Westfall!
We received our first lawn treatment from WestFall's Lawn Control yesterday and Christian was amazing. He thoroughly explained what he was using to treat our lawn and what to expect in the upcoming months. Looking forward to a beautiful lawn again soon!
We have had service from this company for several years now. Always responsive and timely. We get multiple services from them. I would recommend them!
All staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. When new problems are identified they respond quickly. Service visits are accompanied by detailed reports of findings.
Our onsite team yesterday were the best. They looked for problems with the lawn and shrubs and when they found a problem they took care of it. They gave me some valuable advice.
We have received both lawn care and pest services from Westfall. Both Caleb and Levante did an excellent job. Caleb followed up with us to make sure our ghost ant problem was resolved, which it was. We are very pleased with our services.
Westfalls took the time to consult with me and troubleshoot my specific lawn problems.
Best lawn fertilizing service ever! They are on top of everything. I keep looking for a reason to call but they are so proactive my lawn has never been happier. One stop shopping at its finest!
All good - fast response to an issue and it was handled immediately. Thanks!

New customer here, but so far so good! Communication has been clear and easy, and I really appreciated the feedback they gave me after their first visit—it wasn’t just a spray-and-go. They actually offered suggestions to help improve the health of the lawn long term. The whole experience had a friendly, family-run…
