Great, prompt service with White Flag Pest and Critter. Shortly after moving into my new home in San Antonio we started hearing movement around the fireplace. I contacted Jason late on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out on Monday. He quickly found the entry point and identified the Critter as a raccoon. During that same visit he placed an exit only door and closed off all other entrance points. He also placed a camera to watch the door. Hopefully the racoon will move on in the next few days.

Update July 2026: I have been using White Flag for 3 years now and they are the same kind, caring, professional, trustworthy, experts as they were on day 1. I feel like they are part of our family or at least close friends in the way I trust them. There have been several times over the past 3 years that no one could be home for our scheduled service but I knew I could trust them to come treat my house (inside and out) without anyone else being there. This has allowed me to get my service done when it is needed without stressing over one of us having to take time off work, rescheduling, canceling, etc. More examples of just how amazing they are: June 2026 we were out of town on vacation for 2.5 weeks and a friend of ours mowed our lawn and found 2 snakes in our garage. I called White Flag right away (from Florida) and someone came to my house the next morning and took care of the issue by finding how the snakes got in there and installing a flashing barrier to cover the spot, as well as replacing all the sticky traps in the garage and making sure both snakes were no longer in the garage.
Oh, and the mosquito fogging they do is amazing because it also helps with all the annoying flying pests (flies/gnats for us) in addition to mosquitoes. Because of this we can enjoy sitting on our back porch and relax or BBQ without constantly shooing flies and gnats or wearing bug spray for mosquitoes.
White Flag is hands down THE BEST pest control company I have ever had. 3 year and counting with White Flag and my high recommendation remains the same. First review in 2023: WOW!!! So happy I read reviews and gave them a call!! I’m new to the area and needed to get started with pest control. Jason called right away and got me scheduled same day. RJ came to treat inside and out. He was very professional, and took the time to explain everything! These days when everyone is in a rush it was so nice to have RJ and Jason be so thorough, take their time, listen to me and not rush through everything.
