Our technician, Frank O., was prompt, friendly, & responsive to my questions. He willing explained about how our humidifier works and the best way to operate it through the winter. I appreciate that before he left he thoroughly cleaned the area around our equipment & double checked that everything was closed up & ready to operate when needed.
Trevor A did great job on annual winter service maintenance on my furnace today. Showed me pics and explained what he had done and what should be addressed for some venting repair. Very friendly. Will keep his name handy for any future HVAC appointents.
