Our technician, Frank O., was prompt, friendly, & responsive to my questions. He willing explained about how our humidifier works and the best way to operate it through the winter. The technician was super polite and kind. He didn’t complain when my over exuberant Labrador jumped on him! He was very knowledgeable on our AC and recommended a few different options to solve a problem we’re having.
Courteous and professional service
Trevor had installed a garage heater in the spring. With cooler weather, we ran the heater. The fan was noisy and a bit rough. We mentioned it to Trevor when he was here for furnace maintenance. He thought he knew what it probably was, went out and adjusted a wire that was hitting the fan. That fixed it, saving White and us a service call!

i had a problem with the furnace running properly for years. Your tech came over and set the furnace to proper settings and reprogramed the thermostat. Not the house heats up quickly and the furnace blower turns off and not continue to run all day. Will cut my electric bill in half if not more. Highly recommend them.
