White Lotus Thai Massage

Great service

the best massage in San Diego. As a full time trainer and constantly exercising myself, I have lots of aches and pains. They know exactly what to target to relieve present pain and make you feel better! 10000% recommend. Tara is amazing!

We had such a great experience here! Sophia and Rainy were both amazing—professional, attentive, and very skilled. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the massage and adjusted the pressure perfectly to what we needed. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere was also clean, calm,… Read full review

Tara is one of a kind. I’m currently a MT student and the amount of care, love and attention she puts into her work is unmatched. I’m glad I found this place! Will be back soon :)

After a rough morning of boxing and having my regular masseuse out of town, I decided to try a new Thai Massage place. A couple of Google Reviews lead me to a few places that did not have the best reviews, so I took a chance with White Lotus Thai Massage and was surprised how easily and accessible the location was.… Read full review

My husband and I found this place last minute. We were on a date night and called to see if they could take us in and they were able to take us in right away. Upon arrival they were SO friendly and professional. The place was cozy and clean. We both booked an hour long massage and it was wonderful! Would definitely… Read full review

Been here twice now— great experience both times. Staff is very friendly and has great energy. Definitely recommend!

I much needed it and they do well! It’s was m firstttt time toooo

Great experience! Very professional. Staff were great. Very clean.

Probably the best massage I’ve had in San Diego. I’ve been to about 9 different massage therapist and I must say Pia is one of the best I’ve seen. After our session I felt lighter, more mobile and stronger through my range of motion. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had an amazing massage at white lotus Thai massage. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience with the staff and pricing.

Normally I don’t write any reviews but today I have a chance to get a Thai massage from this place. It was excellent and relaxing in a nice cozy place. You feel like you get a massage from Thailand in America. The price is right and worth trying. I highly recommended this place.Asking for Tara ( The owner) she’s so… Read full review

Had couple massages! AMAZING!!! Very relaxing environment. We will be coming back. Definitely recommend to try if your looking for something affordable.

The best massage nace girls friendly ❤️🙏💐

First time getting a thai massage, had lower to middle back problems so wasn't sure if this would help or make things worse, but it was actually very helpful. Also tried cupping for the first time and I could really feel the difference. Definitely recommend the massage and the stretching, great combination!

The place is really clean , parking is easy, the staff very nice and amazing massage

I had the most relaxing massage here. The ladies are so kind and know exactly what they're doing! I will continue to come here for a relaxing massage. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and high-quality Thai massage. Tara is an absolute professional and always gives a fantastic massage. She really knows how to target tension while keeping the session relaxing. The entire facility is consistently clean and has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

I was disappointed with my massage. I came in hoping for relief from hip and lower back pain, but the therapist mostly rubbed over the area instead of feeling for knots, trigger points, or the muscles causing the pain. It didn’t feel like she was trying to identify the source of the problem, and I left with no improvement.

This was a great massage. Hit the right pain spots. Would definitely go again. Thank you.

The massage I had from Tara, was hands down THE BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! I am fond of massages and get them often. The care & skill demonstrated at this hidden gem surpasses massages that cost $300 and came at less than half the cost. My only complaint is that it’s not closer to my home so I could come here twice… Read full review

It was a perfect massage! Ms. Tara & Ms. Mila were amazing and so nice. Will definitely back to this place again.

Very clean and staff made me very comfortable. The message was the best and is my favorite place. Free parking and easy to book. Highly recommend!

Amazing massage! Was my first Thai massage but Tara walked me though everything, checking on me as needed. Very kind staff and clean facility, and Tara is clearly good at what she does. Will return!

I couldn’t have had a better experience here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had Kylie for my massage and she was wonderful. I’ve had knots and pain in my upper back for years and she knew exactly what she was doing to take care of it. I will absolutely be coming back

Great massage! Told the masseuse my problem area of the day and she spent extra care. Highly recommend coming here. Ample free parking as well - huge plus!

Very lovely massage, I am a dancer and recently suffered an injury which they were very careful with. They worked out kinks I didn’t even know I had! Definitely recommend if you want to be pampered and listened to 🥰

Tara is amazing!

Probably one of the best massages I’ve had in San Diego! The place is professional, super clean, relaxing, and everyone was really friendly. Booking was easy by phone or text, and there’s plenty of free parking. My therapist who was born and raised in Thailand did an amazing job and really helped with the pain in my… Read full review

Amazing experience. These ladies took care of me. Definitely coming back for the couples massage. Thank you so much!!!

I came from a long and tiring day from standing on my feet at work, so I needed to find a place to relieve my aches. When I arrived, the facility was very clean and peaceful. I was kindly welcomed at the reception desk by a few of the staff members, and was greeted by my therapist, Tara, who was very hospitable and… Read full review

This place is great! I received a Swedish Thai massage from Tara. I loved every second of it. It was very relaxing and I felt totally refreshed. I should have went for the 90 minute massage as one hour just wasn’t long enough with Tara. The rest of the staff is very sweet and friendly. I can’t wait to return. Very… Read full review

What an amazing find! Perfect place to go get an athletic massage after a workout or a hike! Will be back again

My first time getting a Thai massage and it was absolutely amazing! My shoulders and back never felt more relaxed and properly stretched! Can’t ask for a better experience!

By far the best sports massage I’ve had here in San Diego. Super friendly staff who is also knowledgeable/experienced in their practice. Thank you and looking forward to returning soon.
