Very expensive, would not use them again. Inconsistent communication throughout the weeks of trapping. Some success (asked for pictures but not always given), but zero success Friday to Monday of each week; they close off their traps Friday to Monday. Went ahead and did repair work without consultation or follow-up. Overall, not worth the >1k fee.

Our house has been targeted by squirrels, mice, and woodpeckers. We engaged Wildlife Management Services recently. They are in the process of capturing the squirrels, including one that came inside the house from the attic. They have surveyed the house and found places where they can enter. We have asked them to block those entries and install bird flashers. Their service representative comes every day Mon-Thu to check on things. She is very professional, does her stuff, and answers our questions.

When I requested they remove the treatments for insects and rodents from the remediation plan, they "remembered" another $500 in activities that were needed to deal with the bats.

Everything about the experience was very professional and efficient. Samantha was great on the phone: very personable and friendly, and she laid out the options very clearly. They were able to schedule a home inspection the same day I called, which was much appreciated! Savanna was at our house for a couple hours and she did a very thorough job. They provided an estimate for some follow-up work and that too was very helpful. We highly recommend Wildlife Management Services!!
