Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

They got me scheduled. I got in & got out. They gave me the info needed to make a smart decision about my brakes. Finally someone that is honest. They don't make me feel dumb. They answer all my questions. I feel safe on their hands. These guys are great. Did an inspection & showed me what needed attention. Yea!!… Read full review

We dropped off 2011 Nissan Versa for a/c blowing hot it was diagnosed we picked back up same day while parts were ordered. Within 2 days parts were in, car was repaired, no hidden cost. Great, fast service.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

Estrella Pkwy near MC85... Excellent mechanics... until recently. Unfortunately, something has changed at this location. Absolute terrible customer service at front desk. Rude and condescending. Won't ever go back. Lots of other options for car mechanics in the valley. Don't go here, especially if you are over the age of 50

We have been going to Wilhelm since 2019. They are very courteous, great listeners, and provide great service. Will continue to use them when any need arises.

The service was fantastic!

I took my vehicle in for a Tune Up only because the manufacture recommends a tune up. However my main problem is the dual vent with louvers is closed and I can not get proper air ventilation out of the dash so in essence the car is hot. I did not want to pay dealer price because they were extremely expensive and… Read full review

I have had excellent service from this Wilhelm location on multiple occasions. Most recently, Tom really helped me out in a big way. When I approached him with a concern, he immediately took care of it and offered some compensation for my troubles. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Wilhelm.

My truck's ac stopped working and they were able to repair it on the same day in spite of them telling me it would need to be kept over night. My ac works like new again. Thank you!

Very unhelpful and wouldn’t let me touch my own vehicle although I paid them for towing and quoting repairs, as soon as I didn’t choose them as my repair place their attitude completely changed and weren’t helpful at all, wouldn’t recommend coming here they overcharge.

A/c was repaired (a leaking seal) last Feb and was sitting over the summer as we are Canadians and we’re back home. Came down now and a/c was not working. They got my van in immediately and recharged it at no charge and suggested me to drive it so the leak detection could show. Amazing service. I’m sold!!!

Great service! Mark was professional, honest, and clearly communicated what needed to be done. My repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a shop! I was delt with in an honest and respectful manner. The technician there kept me in the know on every detail of what needed to be repaired and why it needed replacing. This was my third experience with this particular Wilhelm location and if there were a… Read full review

Everyone I talked to was kind and they explained very well what they were doing to the car. They worked with me and my three kids and it was very much appreciated.

The people at Wilhelm have always gone the extra mile to be sure the work is done well and I am happy with the service. The rates are competitive but not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Friendly, knowledgeable! Great job

Good and friendly service. Would highly recommend to others.

My family and I have been going here for the past 10 years and they do a great job! They have great pricing and promotions and are always super nice and professional. I won't go anywhere else!

They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.

Jim and Mark were great. Very fair pricing, plus some nice discounts. Finished the work ever faster than expected. Drove away with car repaired and performing per expectations. Thank you Jim, Mark and mechanic crew.
