Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

Work was professionally done while I waited.

Exceptional service and great pricing! I use them for all minor and major servicing on my Toyota.

So comforting to have an automotive repair shop that you can count on nearby! Lucky me! One comes to appreciate such a trust worthy and courteous shop!

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, and I felt that prices are reasonable. This is the place I will keep taking my car from now on.

I have used these guys for several years and several different vehicles. Great service and stand behind their work!!

Service advisor Jackie was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable. She also provided flexibility to accommodate my schedule.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I was referred to this location by a manager from one of their own shops because it was closer to my home, so I happily dropped my vehicle off early morning for a scheduled appointment — a simple oil change and maintenance check. By midday I had received three… Read full review

So grateful for honest service

Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything… Read full review

They are very competent and do everything to my satisfaction!

These guys and gals are great! Super flexible when I ordered tires to be delivered and installed, additionally I needed an oil change, and a battery check. They did it all and kept me abreast of the tire delivery. Great job. BTW, Kent is awesome!

Jackie kept me informed on what was found and the next steps. Results were great!

Very good experience! Staff are great and I know why they have been referred from other people. Very informative about what needed to be done and why and pricing reasonable compared to other estimates.

They fit me in to their schedule to leave my car in the afternoon for an oil change. When as a long time customer I asked about any discounts the receptionist mentioned th $10 off for regular oil change & less $15 for the synthetic oil change. When it was time to check out they honored that quote and got me out the door shortly after 4.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

We have taken three of our vehicles here and have received the best, most honest service. Most recently my husband took his truck in for general maintenance and told them his brakes were squeaking. They let him know his brakes are good and don't need replacing. Probably some dirt got in there. I swear if we took the… Read full review

Kent was great to work with. He understood exactly what I needed and got it done and communicated when he said he would. The report they sent me was so unexpected, I was blown away!! Will always use them from now on

As always, excellent service. Love Wilhelm!

The service was friendly. The lady running the counter arranged my ride home. I was kept informed before the repairs were made .

I am always satisfied with the service here. My Father used Wilhelm for over 40 years and I know if my Dad approved then I can trust their work.
