Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

This was my first time at Wilhelm. I went in thinking my thermostat needed to be replaced, but came away with only a relay for my AC fan. They listened carefully to what I wanted when I asked for a tire estimate and were very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

We dropped off 2011 Nissan Versa for a/c blowing hot it was diagnosed we picked back up same day while parts were ordered. Within 2 days parts were in, car was repaired, no hidden cost. Great, fast service.

Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything… Read full review

Jackie kept me informed on what was found and the next steps. Results were great!

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

Always great service

Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly

Even though their pricing may be a tad higher then some, your people and service is extremely higher then others. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars.

Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!

By far the best auto mechanic service in the West Valley!

We have been going to Wilhelm since 2019. They are very courteous, great listeners, and provide great service. Will continue to use them when any need arises.

The Team at this location gave Great customer service , was able to get my car in on the same day I called with my Air Condition not working .

I have had excellent service from this Wilhelm location on multiple occasions. Most recently, Tom really helped me out in a big way. When I approached him with a concern, he immediately took care of it and offered some compensation for my troubles. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Wilhelm.

They Did a very good job of explaining the issue and fixing the issue in a timely manner.

Excellent service. They thoroughly explain the problem and the solution. They have specials and coupons and they honor them.....no sorry or but or if, just honest business practices.

Timing belt

The people at Wilhelm’s automotive were wonderful to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issues with my SUV and got it in the same day. Communicated with me often to keep me up to speed on the repairs. Even paid for an Uber to take me to an appointment after I dropped the car off!! Excellent service!

Shop was recommended and I definitely know why. I had my AC fixed, oil change, motor and transmission mounts replaced. It was finished faster than expected and the price was right! Tony kept me informed the entire way. The whole experience was awesome and my car (and AC) is running great! Thanks Wilhelm!

Great experience. Kind and quick service. Car feel great.

A/c was repaired (a leaking seal) last Feb and was sitting over the summer as we are Canadians and we’re back home. Came down now and a/c was not working. They got my van in immediately and recharged it at no charge and suggested me to drive it so the leak detection could show. Amazing service. I’m sold!!!
