This was my first time using Wilhelm Automotive repair . But it definitely won’t be the last , I was so impressed with the professionalism that I received. The service was timely, professional, and all diagnostics were Performed and explained to me in a very thorough manner by Kent . This will definitely be my go to anytime. I need car repairs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Wilhelm Auto Repair & Tires and my service advisor, Michael Barra. I had been chasing a persistent noise on my 2016 Dodge Challenger after another shop had already replaced the alternator, water pump, and serpentine belt, yet the problem was still there. Instead of…
The service is extremely excellent, the staff in the front is friendly. when I call Kent usually answers the phone he’s so professional I feel at ease that he will take care of my car needs. They explain what your vehicle needs and NOT sell you what it doesn’t!
Friendly and caring staff. They took care of our needs and kept us up-to-date every step of the way. They fought for us with the third party warranty company when they were making things difficult for us. They made sure we were completely satisfied in every way. 1000% recommend Wilhelm Automotive!!
Very happy with communication and service.
I have driven past this business for years and now I wish I would have gone to them earlier! They are comprehensive which is hard to find these days. I needed an oil change on my Audi 6 and everything they said they would do, was done plus they filled my windshield wiper fluid. They are polite and professional and…
Excellent service, friendly staff & great pricing
Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything…
Got us in quickly and did a great job!
Outstanding staff. Mike, Kent and the team is always friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
It is such a pleasure to endorse them for quality, friendly staff and professional mechanics. Try them out...
Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly
Professional, friendly, competent, accommodating. When a check engine light came on a few hours after taking possession of my car after new struts and "D" service was performed on my Mercedes they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue no charge. I highly recommend these folks!
Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!
They always try to take care of you and not leave you hanging. Very professional.
I was referred to them thru the VVRP program for failed emissions. They were very nice when I dropped off my vehicle even got me a ride home thru Lyft! Determined the problem, fixed it and returned my vehicle a little more than 24 hrs!
Excellent service, friendly people.
Took care of my 2005 Sebring. Changed the starter, battery, serpentine belt, and changed the oil!! Very happy with the service!!
Fast and professional. No service was needed so they let me know. Trustworthy and honest.
Kent was very friendly and services were done very quickly. Thank you for your help.
The people at Wilhelm’s automotive were wonderful to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issues with my SUV and got it in the same day. Communicated with me often to keep me up to speed on the repairs. Even paid for an Uber to take me to an appointment after I dropped the car off!! Excellent service!
Shop was recommended and I definitely know why. I had my AC fixed, oil change, motor and transmission mounts replaced. It was finished faster than expected and the price was right! Tony kept me informed the entire way. The whole experience was awesome and my car (and AC) is running great! Thanks Wilhelm!
Excellent service
A little bit pricey with over charging for parts and diagnostic check.
The Team is outstanding in listening and explaining then getting the job down.
Wilhelm’s listened to my concerns when I dropped the Jeep off. Then addressed the issue and identified another issue with a leak near thermostat. Then called and discussed everything and explained all issues about Jeep. Once I agreed to work Wilhelm’s got work done the same day and let me use a coupon to lower bill. Great place
Love them..fast service kind ..i will bring my next vehicle to them for all my services.!!
I crash my jeep out 4 wheeling and broke the front axle and more. The Whilhelm guys were professional, clear about my repairs and the process and finished everything in a timely manner. I'll never go anywhere else for repair work. Thanks guys for putting my baby back together better than new. !!!
Very friendly and honest. Thank you!
Excellent communication and friendly service. Very clear about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. I would recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Great service. Quick and easy to get appointment. Very professional staff.
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a shop! I was delt with in an honest and respectful manner. The technician there kept me in the know on every detail of what needed to be repaired and why it needed replacing. This was my third experience with this particular Wilhelm location and if there were a…
Perfect service these guys are true professionals Kent had my vehicle in due to an emergency situation no hype no oversell I was a technician for almost 30 years I know how difficult it is to get your vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner and at a very fair price.I would highly recommend anyone to bring your…
Had a great experience, very polite and helpful. They worked very well with my extended warranty company. Definitely recommend these guys real pros!!!

Went to Wilhelm auto repair because my check engine light came on. They were very knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected my car. They found the problem and fixed my car to my satisfaction. The gentleman in the office are very friendly and helpful!!
Kent was a great help!
I had a very bad experience with this location they were rude. My car still isn't fixed they did just enough to get my car back on the road it's still very much. NOt fixed!
Did a great job diagnosed my battery light problem
Kind, honest, friendly and professional! I really appreciate how they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. They go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience. I highly recommend them.
The guys did a great job. Had a fuel leak and couldn't drive car. Part was on back order bit they worked tirelessly to find the part and get me the car back. Thanks guys!
This will now be the only place I take my vehicles. I used the same shop for 40 years in Avondale and when they sold I had no idea where I would find another shop that I felt comfortable with. This is it. I brought my daughter’s car here. The customer service I received was second to none. Every issue with the…
Love the free ride home from lyft
I had to bring my car from another shop and from the moment my car arrived Mark was in contact with me giving me updates and telling me the best way to go about getting things done. Unfortunately the issue needs to be addressed by the manufacturer and it will have to be towed out. But the work they did was quick and…
Always had good service and friendly people. The only negative is they are so busy it’s hard to get in without waiting at least a week. Also the last 2 times they had to keep the car multiple days because parts did not come in? Kind of a coincidence. Anyhow if the customer service was not as good as it is, I would…
Mark helped me out with a diagnostic on my truck when my check engine light came on. I originally took it to autozone where they told me that I would need my turbo boost vacuum hose replaced. When I took it to Wilhelm they checked it out and said everything was fine and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. An…
They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.
Noce people
Customer service was very unprofessional. I decided to take a chance anyways because of the great deal they were having. Stripped my oil pan bolt. Told me my transmission was shot, turns out it was just a sensor. Took it to AAMCO and they confirmed it was just a sensor. Replaced it now it runs and shifts like new.…
I believe this is our forth time, each and every time we’ve been here the service is excellent all the people that we deal with are very friendly and knowledgeable and we will continue to use Wilhelm and I highly recommend them for any automotive repair.
Always feel safe and confident with the work provided by the Wilhelm staff and mechanics
Tony and Jim and everyone there from the mechanics and front desk are amazing and so welcoming! They thoroughly explain to you about your vehicle, what they are going to do/what they have tested for, and when you have a question, they LISTEN to what you are asking and answer confidently. They take their time and…
Excellent communication and service! Staff are all amicable and helpful!
Came in with a busted AC, check engine light on for a catalytic converter and an oil change for a Chevy cruze (quite extensive I know). They gave me a clear price for the diagnostics and called me a few hours later. It was an expensive bill but they offered to look for discounts and coupons for me without my asking.…
