Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly

Service and professionalism was outstanding, I was impressed at the fact that they offered me a lift to pick up my vehicle. They were able to explain to me (in layman terms) the problems and the resolution. For now, they definitely have a returning customer.

Efficient and friendly service

The people at Wilhelm’s automotive were wonderful to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issues with my SUV and got it in the same day. Communicated with me often to keep me up to speed on the repairs. Even paid for an Uber to take me to an appointment after I dropped the car off!! Excellent service!

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a shop! I was delt with in an honest and respectful manner. The technician there kept me in the know on every detail of what needed to be repaired and why it needed replacing. Extremely knowledgeable and personable people work here, and know what they’re doing.

Professional and on time

They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.

Went out of their way to make sure my classic car was properly repaired. Kept me apprised of the situation as it progressed. Friendly, courteous, and professional.

Very profession and friendly. Always willing to rotate tires when I call back because we forget to ask. Very good about changing wipers, lights, etc. They've service our cars hundreds of miles. They offer to provide transportation even without using their shuttle car these days. Good discounts and their coupons always honored.

We've been using Wilhelm for nearly 15 years and keep going back. Good diagnostics, fair prices and they deliver when they promise. Highly recommend them!
