Exceptional service and great pricing! I use them for all minor and major servicing on my Toyota.

So nice and efficient! My car is 15 yrs old and they took good care of it helping me to not have to buy a new car yet! Much appreciated!!

We have taken our vehicles to this location for the past 8 years for service. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed quote with pictures included and provided efficient service.

Wilhelm stood behind their warranty and had me back on road quickly. They made the honest decision and i appreciate it. I will use them again. The first time i used them was some twenty years ago. Thank you

They fixed my tires and brakes and they did really good. they never miss thank you guys so much have a good day God bless.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

We have taken three of our vehicles here and have received the best, most honest service. Most recently my husband took his truck in for general maintenance and told them his brakes were squeaking. They let him know his brakes are good and don't need replacing. Probably some dirt got in there. I swear if we took the… Read full review

Always great service

Honest, professional and transparent

Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly

Even though their pricing may be a tad higher then some, your people and service is extremely higher then others. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars.

We have been using Wilhelm for about two years now and we highly recommend them. Fair prices, good service, and most importantly they have my trust.

I took my vehicle in for a Tune Up only because the manufacture recommends a tune up. However my main problem is the dual vent with louvers is closed and I can not get proper air ventilation out of the dash so in essence the car is hot. I did not want to pay dealer price because they were extremely expensive and… Read full review

Went to have my brakes inspected after Avondale Nissan told me I needed brakes and rotors needed rotating. Well my brakes and rotors were good. Thank you for being so honest. I will definitely be back.

Excellent service. They thoroughly explain the problem and the solution. They have specials and coupons and they honor them.....no sorry or but or if, just honest business practices.

Very good service. Upfront, honest about what needed done. And very reasonable pricing. Completed in a timely fashion. Great job. Thank you.

I always count on the best service with the best parts installed.

I have been bringing my cars here for years and have never been disappointed. They’re honest, friendly and do an amazing job.

Will always recommend Wilhelm to others. Will continue to have my vehicles maintained by Wilhelm.

I made the appointment via their website. Received phone call confirmation and email quickly. Dropped off as scheduled and received honest opinion of needed repair and friendly service. Will use them again.

Everyone friendly there.

This was a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. Loved all the coupons on the site too. I will be taking my car here for all of its maintenance from now on.

Had a break problem fixed and during warranty period had a second problem that might have had nothing to do with the work performed and they fixed it under warranty anyway

This will now be the only place I take my vehicles. I used the same shop for 40 years in Avondale and when they sold I had no idea where I would find another shop that I felt comfortable with. This is it. I brought my daughter’s car here. The customer service I received was second to none. Every issue with the… Read full review

They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.

Dropped off before work picked up after work got me in last minute and made everything go easy and smooth didn’t feel like I was being robbed or fd over would use them again for sure and would recommend everyone in their area to use them as well

Went out of their way to make sure my classic car was properly repaired. Kept me apprised of the situation as it progressed. Friendly, courteous, and professional.

Booked online time for drop off, immediately received time confirmation. Dropped off car, they called to let me know what they found and took care of it before end of day! Great service!

They were great about explaining what they found with my air conditioner and let me know about a few other issues as well. Very upfront on the cost and didn't push to have everything done. Friendly and easy to work with and car was worked on in a reasonable amount of time.

Wilhelm Automotive consistently performs at the highest levels of service. Nice combination of friendliness and competence. Five out of five!

I have taken several of my vehicles to Wilhelm for different reasons. I have been impressed every time by how kind they are. They are honest about what’s going on and will do their best to make sure your repairs are affordable and that your vehicle is safe to drive.
