Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

Easy to work with. Good communication and easy to get availability when needed for something more last minute.

Rudest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Zero communication, exorbitant prices, real “good ol’ boy” vibe. If you’re a woman, LGBTQ, POC (or even wear a N95 mask) - stay away from this place. They won’t take you seriously and ridicule you. Kent has been rude each and every single time I’ve ever talked with him (took… Read full review

Excellent service at reasonable prices. Have been taking our vehicles there for over 3 decades.

Had some work done on my dodge. Have a warranty through a 3rd party. Wilhelm was able to contact them and get all the recommended work complete. Took a few day, but not their fault, just part of the warranty process. They were great and kept me in the loop. Would recommend. Thank you guys.

Exceptional service and great pricing! I use them for all minor and major servicing on my Toyota.

Excellent service and friendly techs

I was on a road trip with family when my battery died. I took it to get a new battery where it was tested and found out that along with a new battery, I would need a new alternator because mine wasn’t charging the battery anymore and needed to be replaced. I called around and when I got to Wilhelm Automotive I was… Read full review

The service is extremely excellent, the staff in the front is friendly. when I call Kent usually answers the phone he’s so professional I feel at ease that he will take care of my car needs. They explain what your vehicle needs and NOT sell you what it doesn’t!

Had my 2009 Nissan titan get some work done. Great customer service. Truck is running great.

Always a great experience. Had a lot of vital fluids swapped out for fresh fluid. No runs, no drips, no errors. Waiting room is always clean and organized. Bathroom is always clean. Great place to do business with. Staff is always friendly and respectful. Will continue to patronize Wilhelm of Litchfield.

So comforting to have an automotive repair shop that you can count on nearby! Lucky me! One comes to appreciate such a trust worthy and courteous shop!

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, and I felt that prices are reasonable. This is the place I will keep taking my car from now on.

Very happy with communication and service.

Have been here twice and they will definitely be my go to auto shop. Kent and the crew there provide thorough work and communicate greatly.

Kent and the team at Wilhelm in Litchfield Park took great care of my daughter's car quickly and at a fair price. Thank you for always doing the right thing for your customers!!

I have used these guys for several years and several different vehicles. Great service and stand behind their work!!

Service advisor Jackie was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable. She also provided flexibility to accommodate my schedule.

Once again the guys at Wilhelm in Litchfield did another FANTASTIC job on my Audi. They made all the requested repairs AND saved me quite a few dollars in the process. I've brought several of my vehicles to Wilhelm in Litchfield & will continue to do so. Thx much Wilhelm!

Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything… Read full review

“Fast, efficient, and honest! My first visit and I feel like Wilhelm's will be my family's ‘GOTO’ service and repair shop.

This is the best auto repair and maintenance shop I’ve ever done business with. I highly recommend.

Service was great. Exceeded my expectations.

Had these folks fix our daughter’s 2013 Honda accord. It was just done 12/5/25. The car would sporadically not start and we just never knew when it was going to happen. The car was fixed with fast and reliable service. I will be a returning customer.

Busy shop checked in made an Appointment provided contact details and description of problem. They followed up with a digital inspection report with pictures of vehicle and provided a summary report highlighting problem areas and required service areas. All in all communication was good, they found the problem… Read full review

Got us in quickly and did a great job!

What ever you do don't let anyone you care for get their credit card. It will be like they paid twice for service.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

Outstanding staff. Mike, Kent and the team is always friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

It is such a pleasure to endorse them for quality, friendly staff and professional mechanics. Try them out...

Great customer service. Knowledgeable personnel.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection before heading out on a road trip. I was assured the vehicle was in great condition, fresh oil was placed in the car, fluids were topped off, and my tires were filled with air to 32 PSI. After I drove away, I checked my dash for my tire pressure readings. They… Read full review

Always great service

Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly

Fantastic service from the phone call, to the assessment of my car, and interactions with everyone in there. I went in for a brake flush and my car was even finished before they predicted.

Great job! Thank you

Always a wonderful experience! :-)

I am always satisfied with the service here. My Father used Wilhelm for over 40 years and I know if my Dad approved then I can trust their work.

The customer service here is 5 star, every time. Even on the phone its top notch.. They keep my car going, which keeps me and my kids safe. I can't say enough good things about this company.!!!

Without a doubt, the most trustworthy auto repair in the Valley. I have used them for years. Very honest.

Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!

The store manager Jim was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and repair work!

We have been going to Wilhelm since 2019. They are very courteous, great listeners, and provide great service. Will continue to use them when any need arises.

We have been using Wilhelm for about two years now and we highly recommend them. Fair prices, good service, and most importantly they have my trust.

Took my car and on schedule appointment time, and they under promised and delivered ahead of anticipated time to repair tire.

First time here. Will use them again!

Scheduling was very easy and the work was done in a timely manner .. Jackie was great ..

This is a must go to garage. Excellent communication. Fair and honest evaluation of our car. Provided a solid quote for work. Joel and Jim were our contacts during our visit. Thank you both. You have just secured a customer for life.

My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner, the staff were friendly, helpful, and patient.

I took my vehicle in for a Tune Up only because the manufacture recommends a tune up. However my main problem is the dual vent with louvers is closed and I can not get proper air ventilation out of the dash so in essence the car is hot. I did not want to pay dealer price because they were extremely expensive and… Read full review

Good Service..Especially Ben. He was very helpful

I was referred to them thru the VVRP program for failed emissions. They were very nice when I dropped off my vehicle even got me a ride home thru Lyft! Determined the problem, fixed it and returned my vehicle a little more than 24 hrs!

Great service, amazing customer service

Very accommodating, quick & efficient.

Love these guys!

Kent was very friendly and services were done very quickly. Thank you for your help.

Wilhelm's is so great. I trust them Immensely. I asked him to check my air filter and he said you don't need that changed, but that I need 2 front tires. I have cousins in Maryland named Wilhelm. Everything I ride by, I think about my cousins!!!

Very good service. Upfront, honest about what needed done. And very reasonable pricing. Completed in a timely fashion. Great job. Thank you.

The people at Wilhelm’s automotive were wonderful to work with. Quickly diagnosed the issues with my SUV and got it in the same day. Communicated with me often to keep me up to speed on the repairs. Even paid for an Uber to take me to an appointment after I dropped the car off!! Excellent service!

Shop was recommended and I definitely know why. I had my AC fixed, oil change, motor and transmission mounts replaced. It was finished faster than expected and the price was right! Tony kept me informed the entire way. The whole experience was awesome and my car (and AC) is running great! Thanks Wilhelm!
