Had some work done on my dodge. Have a warranty through a 3rd party. Wilhelm was able to contact them and get all the recommended work complete. Took a few day, but not their fault, just part of the warranty process. They were great and kept me in the loop. Would recommend. Thank you guys.

Been taking both vehicles to Whilhelm Auto for 5+ years, always professional, very good service, and never had to return a vehicle due to improper repair.

Took 4 hours for a routine oil change on my Camry because they were busy and didn’t tell me when I dropped my car off. Fortunately I dropped it off before my round of golf at wigwam but it still wasn’t done when I came to pick it up afterwards. Also couldn’t pay without giving them my home address. Not ideal.

Had oil change and tires rotated on Grandsons 2004 Tacoma....Did a good job in a reasonably amount of time.

Always easy to make the appointment, apon arrival and drop off, staff are friendly, notice sent to me that service work complete and ready to pickup, a summary of items inspected included, I highly recommend them, I’ve used them for many years, top notch team!

6 month check oil change

The service was fast and efficient and the staff was professional and personable.

The only place I trust to take care of our cars. We have been going there since 2007.

They fit me in to their schedule to leave my car in the afternoon for an oil change. When as a long time customer I asked about any discounts the receptionist mentioned th $10 off for regular oil change & less $15 for the synthetic oil change. When it was time to check out they honored that quote and got me out the door shortly after 4.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

Been trying for years to get my leaking oil pan replaced on my 2006 Mazda 6. Other places would quote me and then never respond to my calls. The crew at Wilhelm went above and beyond to source an appropriate replacement and got it done! Will be taking my car back for any future needs.

Professional, friendly, competent, accommodating. When a check engine light came on a few hours after taking possession of my car after new struts and "D" service was performed on my Mercedes they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue no charge. I highly recommend these folks!
