Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

This place is totally AMAZING!!! FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF OLDER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE OLDER PEOPLE ON A BUDGET LIKE ME.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ALWAYS!!

Went for oil change and they finished in a timely manner.

Easy to work with. Good communication and easy to get availability when needed for something more last minute.

Great mechanics and friendly service

Work was professionally done while I waited.

Friendly, professional service!

Excellent experience as expected. I had many good referrals from a lot of people. Thank you.

Having problems with heating/cooling actuators in the dash…loud knocking noises…

Had some work done on my dodge. Have a warranty through a 3rd party. Wilhelm was able to contact them and get all the recommended work complete. Took a few day, but not their fault, just part of the warranty process. They were great and kept me in the loop. Would recommend. Thank you guys.

Friendly home-town business that listens to your concerns and treats you right at a good price. We've been using Wilhelm since 2003 and keep going back!

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. I have been using Wilhelm Automotive for many years to repair all of my cars and always never had any issues with their service

Professional, complete, and clear. The most comprehensive and least expensive service I have EVER received. Won’t be going to any other shop.

Exceptional service and great pricing! I use them for all minor and major servicing on my Toyota.

Dropped off car for an oil change. They did a great job and went over my car dignostics with me when I had questions. I'll be returning for work on my AC and more oil changes

The service is extremely excellent, the staff in the front is friendly. when I call Kent usually answers the phone he’s so professional I feel at ease that he will take care of my car needs. They explain what your vehicle needs and NOT sell you what it doesn’t!

So comforting to have an automotive repair shop that you can count on nearby! Lucky me! One comes to appreciate such a trust worthy and courteous shop!

They got me scheduled. I got in & got out. They gave me the info needed to make a smart decision about my brakes. Finally someone that is honest. They don't make me feel dumb. They answer all my questions. I feel safe on their hands. These guys are great. Did an inspection & showed me what needed attention. Yea!!… Read full review

I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience, and I felt that prices are reasonable. This is the place I will keep taking my car from now on.

They were fantastic and very friendly. I only waited less than an hour for my car!

Been taking both vehicles to Whilhelm Auto for 5+ years, always professional, very good service, and never had to return a vehicle due to improper repair.

Very surprised since most reviwes were positive here. I was given a cost breakdown of repairs needed, but the labor was doubled dipped on 3 of the 4 repairs. Some parts were marked up %300 from OEM. When I offered to purchase my own and have them install they declined. Lady at the front desk was not friendly or… Read full review

Great service. Very trustworthy❤️

Kent and the team at Wilhelm in Litchfield Park took great care of my daughter's car quickly and at a fair price. Thank you for always doing the right thing for your customers!!

My cat was serviced professionally and the staff was warm, funny and gracious.

So nice and efficient! My car is 15 yrs old and they took good care of it helping me to not have to buy a new car yet! Much appreciated!!

They always take such great care of me. I really appreciate having someplace. I trust to do my business.

I have driven past this business for years and now I wish I would have gone to them earlier! They are comprehensive which is hard to find these days. I needed an oil change on my Audi 6 and everything they said they would do, was done plus they filled my windshield wiper fluid. They are polite and professional and… Read full review

I have used these guys for several years and several different vehicles. Great service and stand behind their work!!

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I was referred to this location by a manager from one of their own shops because it was closer to my home, so I happily dropped my vehicle off early morning for a scheduled appointment — a simple oil change and maintenance check. By midday I had received three… Read full review

They took care of my service right away

Service is always very professional, courteous and fast. I’m satisfied and happy with the service provided.

Always get us in same day or within a day. Great service. The staff is always friendly and professional!!! Both of our cars go to Wilhelm. Highly recommended. Thanks

Took 4 hours for a routine oil change on my Camry because they were busy and didn’t tell me when I dropped my car off. Fortunately I dropped it off before my round of golf at wigwam but it still wasn’t done when I came to pick it up afterwards. Also couldn’t pay without giving them my home address. Not ideal.

Easy to schedule, and very easy to work with! Been going to Wilhelm for about 30 years and have never been disappointed!

Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything… Read full review

Had car serviced at Wilhelm in Goodyear. Jackie and the staff are always a pleasure to work with. Mark A.

This is the best auto repair and maintenance shop I’ve ever done business with. I highly recommend.

They are fast, friendly and reliable.

The service was great. The team was very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Came here from positive reviews. Got serviced for an oil change and a tire rotation which was also noted on the invoice. I dropped my car off at 9am and wasn’t ready til 2pm. I checked if my tires were rotated but they weren’t, since I have a rim that’s scuffed and it was still on the same side when it was dropped… Read full review

Friendly, professional, and done faster than promised.

Had oil change and tires rotated on Grandsons 2004 Tacoma....Did a good job in a reasonably amount of time.

Always easy to make the appointment, apon arrival and drop off, staff are friendly, notice sent to me that service work complete and ready to pickup, a summary of items inspected included, I highly recommend them, I’ve used them for many years, top notch team!

I just moved to Goodyear from a small town in Washington State and began to look for a good, friendly local auto shop to service my car. Wilhelm fills that bill very nicely! They’re professional, but still offer that small town service like rides home and loaner cars. They’ve worked on my car a few times now, and I… Read full review

6 month check oil change

The service was fast and efficient and the staff was professional and personable.

The only place I trust to take care of our cars. We have been going there since 2007.

They fit me in to their schedule to leave my car in the afternoon for an oil change. When as a long time customer I asked about any discounts the receptionist mentioned th $10 off for regular oil change & less $15 for the synthetic oil change. When it was time to check out they honored that quote and got me out the door shortly after 4.

Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!

What great folks you are. Thank you for your advice, professionalism and knowledge. We are so grateful that you are here in Goodyear and always available when we need you. Thank you!

It is such a pleasure to endorse them for quality, friendly staff and professional mechanics. Try them out...

I took my car here for an oil change appointment back 9/26 and had the most pleasant experience. Kent and the other gentleman up front (I didn’t get his name I’m sorry) answered all my questions and communicated every update with me while I waited in the lobby for the oil change to be done. They informed me of… Read full review

We have taken three of our vehicles here and have received the best, most honest service. Most recently my husband took his truck in for general maintenance and told them his brakes were squeaking. They let him know his brakes are good and don't need replacing. Probably some dirt got in there. I swear if we took the… Read full review

Great service. I will be coming again.

Kent was great to work with. He understood exactly what I needed and got it done and communicated when he said he would. The report they sent me was so unexpected, I was blown away!! Will always use them from now on

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection before heading out on a road trip. I was assured the vehicle was in great condition, fresh oil was placed in the car, fluids were topped off, and my tires were filled with air to 32 PSI. After I drove away, I checked my dash for my tire pressure readings. They… Read full review

Thank you Kent for your great customer service! Always satisfied with the completion of work.

Been trying for years to get my leaking oil pan replaced on my 2006 Mazda 6. Other places would quote me and then never respond to my calls. The crew at Wilhelm went above and beyond to source an appropriate replacement and got it done! Will be taking my car back for any future needs.

Always great service

Great service. Excellent deals for oil change. Provided guidance on future maintenance needs without pushing unnecessary repairs.

Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly

Even though their pricing may be a tad higher then some, your people and service is extremely higher then others. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars.

Great job! Thank you

I am always satisfied with the service here. My Father used Wilhelm for over 40 years and I know if my Dad approved then I can trust their work.

This location has never disappointed! The staff is friendly the work is meticulous. I am so happy to live close by so I can have all of my vehicles needs taken care of in one place.

Great service and great sales team - quick and efficient - returning Customer and they take great care of my mint 2017 F-150. I will continue to go to Wilhelm for my vehicle service needs!

Professional, friendly, competent, accommodating. When a check engine light came on a few hours after taking possession of my car after new struts and "D" service was performed on my Mercedes they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue no charge. I highly recommend these folks!

Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!

The store manager Jim was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service and repair work!

By far the best auto mechanic service in the West Valley!

Fast and efficient every time.

Quick, Honest, Great Value

We have been going to Wilhelm since 2019. They are very courteous, great listeners, and provide great service. Will continue to use them when any need arises.

Excellent service and professionalism

Very fast and reliable service was in and out in no time with my appointment, I will return in the future.

Took my car and on schedule appointment time, and they under promised and delivered ahead of anticipated time to repair tire.

Jim and Kent were both courteous and professional. We live out of state and wanted to help our son with his truck. Kent was honest in his evaluation, pleasant to deal with. Thank you both

Easy on line appts! Professional service!

They always try to take care of you and not leave you hanging. Very professional.

I had to have major work done, much more than just a tuneup and preventive maintenance. They did it in a day or so and at a fair price. Wilhelm is easy to work with.

Wilhelm Automotive has always been fair and direct. They let me know what needs to be done and have been open about what can wait. I appreciate not feeling like they are trying to get my last penny.

Great service, performed in a timely manner and workmanship was top notch as always.

Kent was really helpful and amazing All questions I had were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get repairs completed on their vehicle.

Took care of my 2005 Sebring. Changed the starter, battery, serpentine belt, and changed the oil!! Very happy with the service!!

Clean. Efficient. AFFORDABLE! WAYYY less expensive than others, and swift service:)

They did an oil change. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

We ve been with Wilhelm for over 30 years and they have always looked out for us. Great team.

These guys I like a lot. There old fashioned shop that really does care for there customers. What I like to is they let me know what’s wrong with my vehicles and they don’t pressure me at all about anything. There very informative about my cars too. So I definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks guys

The service was quick and excellent Pricing was right on point!

I have had excellent service from this Wilhelm location on multiple occasions. Most recently, Tom really helped me out in a big way. When I approached him with a concern, he immediately took care of it and offered some compensation for my troubles. I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Wilhelm.

Scheduled apt. On time, work done quickly on schedule.

Very accommodating, quick & efficient.

Rose was a pleasure to deal with. she had my car ready earlier than planned and she was able to provide a discount coupon on my oil change.

Great service. Dealership sent me a quote of3-6k and I walked out $1100 for the same repairs and maintenance recommended at dealership. Boom!

Wilhelm's is so great. I trust them Immensely. I asked him to check my air filter and he said you don't need that changed, but that I need 2 front tires. I have cousins in Maryland named Wilhelm. Everything I ride by, I think about my cousins!!!

We love the service and way we were treated. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
