Great communication and professional responses to my questions.
Amazing service!! They were able to get me in right away. Brakes were literally metal on metal.
As a first time customer I was impressed. Professional and honest, they provided a thorough report and answered all my questions. I had two of my vehicles repaired and the work performed was completed in a timely manner. Overall it’s nice to see a company still strive for great customer service which you don’t see…
Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything…
Wilhelm Automotive did an outstanding good with my Cadillac CT6! They actually showed me everything they were gonna be working on and gave me a quote same day. Made appt and they had parts ordered n ready the day I dropped my car off. I thought it'd be a 2day process but they called right before they closed, saying…
Once again off to Wilhelm for some repairs on my Ram. I can have my vehicles repaired at hundreds of repairs shops. I always feel I get good value for my money at Wilhelm Automotive. The biggest reason for returning to Wilhelm is trust and honesty. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.
Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!
Always great service
Always great service
Always a good experience.... always professional and friendly
Even though their pricing may be a tad higher then some, your people and service is extremely higher then others. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars.
Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!
Wilhelms gave us great service as always.
We have been using Wilhelm for about two years now and we highly recommend them. Fair prices, good service, and most importantly they have my trust.
Multiple nice experiences here at Wilhelm.
Great service. Dealership sent me a quote of3-6k and I walked out $1100 for the same repairs and maintenance recommended at dealership. Boom!
These guys were great. They really helped me out when I was in a jam with my truck. They were able to get the job done in the time and for the price they quoted me. I was very happy and definitely would highly recommend them. Hopefully won't need any more repairs but it great to know there's a good shop right around the corner. Thanks again. JD
I crash my jeep out 4 wheeling and broke the front axle and more. The Whilhelm guys were professional, clear about my repairs and the process and finished everything in a timely manner. I'll never go anywhere else for repair work. Thanks guys for putting my baby back together better than new. !!!
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a shop! I was delt with in an honest and respectful manner. The technician there kept me in the know on every detail of what needed to be repaired and why it needed replacing. This was my third experience with this particular Wilhelm location and if there were a…
This place is great!! Very professional! Took me a long time to go back to a shop but I'm glad I did. Kent and his crew are good people and I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for all the hard work
Jim was very helpful and courteous. I was initially told that I needed a replacement wheel bearing from another automotive establishment, so I brought it to Wilhelm because the offered a better rate. After examining my vehicle, they determined my wheel bearing to be solid and in no need of replacement. Quick…
They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.
I had an emergency repair I needed before leaving Arizona indefinitely. They got me in very quickly and repaired my upper ball joints quickly. Unfortunately the ball joints failed once I was in Kentucky. I contacted them hoping the ball joints had a manufacture warranty and they not only covered the price of the…
Friendly, reliable service. No surprises after the fact. Straight upfront honest pricing and warranty. Highly recommend.
We've been using Wilhelm for nearly 15 years and keep going back. Good diagnostics, fair prices and they deliver when they promise. Highly recommend them!
They were very professional and worked with me on price and fixed vehicle in a timely manner Only negative is I think they could be competitive on parts pricing but I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others
