This place is totally AMAZING!!! FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND RESPECTFUL OF OLDER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE OLDER PEOPLE ON A BUDGET LIKE ME.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ALWAYS!!
They are always efficient and pleasant. Customer loyalty certainly pays off and I have trusted my cars to them for years.
I have used these guys for several years and several different vehicles. Great service and stand behind their work!!
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I was referred to this location by a manager from one of their own shops because it was closer to my home, so I happily dropped my vehicle off early morning for a scheduled appointment — a simple oil change and maintenance check. By midday I had received three…
Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything…
These guys and gals are great! Super flexible when I ordered tires to be delivered and installed, additionally I needed an oil change, and a battery check. They did it all and kept me abreast of the tire delivery. Great job. BTW, Kent is awesome!
They fixed my tires and brakes and they did really good. they never miss thank you guys so much have a good day God bless.
Got us in quickly and did a great job!
In a word, Wilhelm is synonymous with "Above and Beyond". Prompt, efficient and personable!
Very good experience! Staff are great and I know why they have been referred from other people. Very informative about what needed to be done and why and pricing reasonable compared to other estimates.
I want to “thank” Wilhelm's (Goodyear) for getting my Jeep in for an oil change on a short notice. Well, they changed the oil and did a full vehicle inspection that makes me feel better driving the car. Mike
Great shop that has convenient drop off, pickup, scheduling. Truck was completed on time and everything was done professionally. I purchased tires and an alignment.
Easy to get an appointment on line. Scheduled appointment had my car seen within ten minutes of my arrival. Good communication when work completed.
Great service and fair price.
Everything done professionally and in a timely fashion. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the tire buying process simple.
Great service and great sales team - quick and efficient - returning Customer and they take great care of my mint 2017 F-150. I will continue to go to Wilhelm for my vehicle service needs!
Professional, friendly, competent, accommodating. When a check engine light came on a few hours after taking possession of my car after new struts and "D" service was performed on my Mercedes they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the issue no charge. I highly recommend these folks!
Great service, very professional. Will be bringing my other car now. New to the area and had been looking for an awesome shop. Thanks Kent for always taking such good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Real trustworthy humans!
Great customer service! Quick and so helpful! Thanks you guys!
We have been using Wilhelm for about two years now and we highly recommend them. Fair prices, good service, and most importantly they have my trust.
Took my car and on schedule appointment time, and they under promised and delivered ahead of anticipated time to repair tire.
9/2/23 Purchased 4 tires Joel took care of everything - this is 2 visits here and will be back! Previous visit for exhaust leak
Been here many times. Good mechanical ability and usually good customer service. They always offer a ride home on drop off. I live a mile away and drop off mornings when it’s cool and usually decline. Today I ask for a ride. Simple tire repair doesn’t warrant any customer service consideration. It’s 106…
Great service, performed in a timely manner and workmanship was top notch as always.
Kent was really helpful and amazing All questions I had were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get repairs completed on their vehicle.
They are awesome. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I love this business. They are prompt and very affordable.
Very nice and informative Needed lots of work as my maintenance last year was improperly kept up. Price was better than anticipated. Recommended and I will go back for all my vehicle's needs.
I didn’t have an appointment, as I found out when I drove in, but they were willing to work me in. The day before I slightly ran over some huge prongs early in the am (very very dark, didn’t see the debris until I came upon it), a previous vehicle must’ve dropped and either ignored it or didn’t know. I was on my way…
Both the gentleman that helped me and the young technician are very polite, helpful and has pleasant personality.
Great. On time, efficient
Great, fast, friendly, and professional service. Will be doing business here again.
Kent and Jerry were life savers today when my tire sidewall ruptured near Wilhelm. I needed to get it replaced with my spare, and Kent immediately worked me in. Jerry was thorough, patient, and courteous in changing it. Thank you so much for above and beyond courtesy and kindness with a smile---and wouldn't take any payment.
Will always recommend Wilhelm to others. Will continue to have my vehicles maintained by Wilhelm.
Tyre patch with a catch! For awhile, I was looking at different auto shops around where I live, and I couldn’t notice the proximity of these guys, and the abundance of positive reviews. So the other day, when I got a flat tyre, I wanted to give my business to these guys. The service was fast, the staff was…
Great team that’s always friendly. I’ve been to the location in Peoria and Litchfield park and get the same customer service every time. I will continue to bring all the vehicles to them!

They are the best. They have the best communication skills and they are also honest and upfront with what’s going on with your vehicle. They’ve saved me tons of money and have helped me out when they could. I’ll always come to this shop. 10/10 best service.
