Work was professionally done while I waited.
They charged me $200 for inspection which is on the expensive side. They also mistakely said that my brand new a/c consdenser is leaking. They gave me a price quote to replace the a/c condenser (+engine issue that I had). I took it to another garage which confirmed that nothing is wrong with my a/c condenser and they fixed my engine.
Had some work done on my dodge. Have a warranty through a 3rd party. Wilhelm was able to contact them and get all the recommended work complete. Took a few day, but not their fault, just part of the warranty process. They were great and kept me in the loop. Would recommend. Thank you guys.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Wilhelm Auto Repair & Tires and my service advisor, Michael Barra. I had been chasing a persistent noise on my 2016 Dodge Challenger after another shop had already replaced the alternator, water pump, and serpentine belt, yet the problem was still there. Instead of…
Very surprised since most reviwes were positive here. I was given a cost breakdown of repairs needed, but the labor was doubled dipped on 3 of the 4 repairs. Some parts were marked up %300 from OEM. When I offered to purchase my own and have them install they declined. Lady at the front desk was not friendly or…
As a first time customer I was impressed. Professional and honest, they provided a thorough report and answered all my questions. I had two of my vehicles repaired and the work performed was completed in a timely manner. Overall it’s nice to see a company still strive for great customer service which you don’t see…
We have taken our vehicles to this location for the past 8 years for service. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed quote with pictures included and provided efficient service.
Wilhelm was recommended by family & friends for being super trustworthy…& they truly are! Easily could have “upsold” & charged us for extra labor more than once…but they even fixed something that ended up being relatively minor & charged us next to nothing! Everyone is always super friendly & they get everything…
Busy shop checked in made an Appointment provided contact details and description of problem. They followed up with a digital inspection report with pictures of vehicle and provided a summary report highlighting problem areas and required service areas. All in all communication was good, they found the problem…
Very good experience! Staff are great and I know why they have been referred from other people. Very informative about what needed to be done and why and pricing reasonable compared to other estimates.
They fit me in to their schedule to leave my car in the afternoon for an oil change. When as a long time customer I asked about any discounts the receptionist mentioned th $10 off for regular oil change & less $15 for the synthetic oil change. When it was time to check out they honored that quote and got me out the door shortly after 4.
Air conditioning. Brakes. Pretty everything over the past 7-years!
Took our car right in, without and appointment and had a full front to back inspection, along with a 4 wheel alignment done in a few hours! The inspection report was detailed and they had the alignment data report attached. Very good customer service and thorough work done.
Great service. Excellent deals for oil change. Provided guidance on future maintenance needs without pushing unnecessary repairs.
Even though their pricing may be a tad higher then some, your people and service is extremely higher then others. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their cars.
Great job! Thank you
I am always satisfied with the service here. My Father used Wilhelm for over 40 years and I know if my Dad approved then I can trust their work.
The people at Wilhelm Auto have always been helpful and get the job done extremely quick.
Wilhelm Automotive was wonderful. They were very nice and helpful and it shows the staff care about their customers!
They always try to take care of you and not leave you hanging. Very professional.
This is a must go to garage. Excellent communication. Fair and honest evaluation of our car. Provided a solid quote for work. Joel and Jim were our contacts during our visit. Thank you both. You have just secured a customer for life.
Very professional and knowledgeable for my first time in
I was referred to them thru the VVRP program for failed emissions. They were very nice when I dropped off my vehicle even got me a ride home thru Lyft! Determined the problem, fixed it and returned my vehicle a little more than 24 hrs!
They did a quick inspection for me for free and worked with me in understanding that it was a difficult time for me. They were quick, communicative, and good at what they do.
Great service. Dealership sent me a quote of3-6k and I walked out $1100 for the same repairs and maintenance recommended at dealership. Boom!
They are awesome. Very fair & reasonable. The office workers are spot on!
Love these guys!
Kent was very friendly and services were done very quickly. Thank you for your help.
It was a standard service
I always count on the best service with the best parts installed.
I brought in two older cars for a thorough inspection, maintenance, and repairs. My 2006 Gmc drives and rides like a new car. My other car will be a gift to a younger family member so I really appreciated their comprehensive safety diagnostics and repairs. I highly recommend Wilhelm!
This was my first time using Wilhelm’s and everything is great so far. I will return for other auto service needs in the future.
I had my Xterra dropped off at night after the place was already closed. They called me before the afternoon letting me know what was wrong. Not sure if the price is amazing or not, for what I need replaced. Due to not having to take my cars into the shop often.I do know that they charged less for the diagnostic,…
Kent and Jerry were life savers today when my tire sidewall ruptured near Wilhelm. I needed to get it replaced with my spare, and Kent immediately worked me in. Jerry was thorough, patient, and courteous in changing it. Thank you so much for above and beyond courtesy and kindness with a smile---and wouldn't take any payment.
Will always recommend Wilhelm to others. Will continue to have my vehicles maintained by Wilhelm.
