If I could give this shop more than five stars I would! Mark and Josie are awesome service advisors! They are very kind, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They have seen us for a few different mechanical/electrical things that have come up and have always been very determined to get the issue resolved correctly… Read full review

Absolutely the best service around! While not the least expensive, the quality work and service is beyond compare.

Always exceptional service, fair pricing and very quick having repairs done.

This is the third time I have gone to this location for A/C recharge/repair. They are always helpful and knowledgeable! I recommend them to others all the time, because it’s fast and friendly service.

Fast, reliable, honest, n they answer the phone... I will continue to bring my car(s) when they need service

This place is first class! I was recommended by USAA and I wasn’t disappointed. Wilhelm Auto is an honest up front business. They went out of there way to explain everything they had to do in detail. I’ll definitely come back and I’ll definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Wonderful service! Friendly staff. Called me every step of the way to provide updates on my vehicle and to provide eta on completion day and time. Quick repair turnaround. This will definitely be my vehicle repair shop for all future needs. Will refer family and friends.

They were super professional and worked hard to make sure the only car my family has would be fixed as soon as possible.

Very good service !

Very honest and friendly place to do business. Jim was great to work with. They took the time to diagnose the issue with the ac and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Wilhelm and I personally will be doing business with them from now on.

I have had the opportunity to use their services several times. They do a great job and keep you informed if they run into any unforeseeable issues. Their staff is very personable. I usually make my appointment with Patty who is always nice. I usually deal with Jim at the counter and it is always a pleasant… Read full review

Always do professional work oil changes might take a little bit now there's a shortage on mechanics everywhere

They were great with keeping me informed on the process and what was needed for the repair. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. I will be a return customer.

Great service 10/10

Had such a great experience with Wilhelm. Luke was so transparent with the process, repairs and cost of my 2012 Honda Civic AC repair. Thanks for the excellent service!

Honered their 36 month warrenty on A/C for parts AND labor and got me in the next day. A little pricey, but well worth the difference because the do stand behind their work! Got 4 stars only because I had to call a few times to get status; so they could improve on timely communication. Were responsive when I called them.

Great service all around Jim and his crew very professional and good people, would definitely recommend WILHELM AUTO IN GOODYEAR to anyone needing auto service,#1

The best! They know exactly what their doing. Refreshing to get great service in these shady times. Highly recommend.
