I was well received by an assoc. He was very nice and personable and my car was done before the expected time. Thank you Wilhelm for your service. You always do great!.
The Service we received was beyond excellent. Things were checked throughly and then we were well informed before repair was started. Service personnel were very knowledgeable, very polite, and then gave us their best options to take care of problem. Thank you again for the up and above service we received.
We were in Goodyear visiting family when our Volvo engine began to make a strange noise. The nearest Volvo dealer was miles away in Scottsdale. My Son recommended calling Wilhelm. We did and they were able to work us in. They diagnose the problem and were able to perform the repairs quickly It was important that…

Willhelm did me good. A little high on their pricing, but they fix the problem.

I have be using this business for several years after a friend recommended them as friendly, fair and honest. Today I had an appointment for an oil change at 11. I was pleasantly greeted by Adam. Who immediately checked me in. While waiting I listened as Adam answered several customers calling in and stopping in. He…

I brought the truck in for advanced diagnostics for OBD code P0014, they recommended replacing the VVT solenoid, but I had already done that. The Dodge tech (Ben) explained Dodge trucks dont like aftermarket parts, so they recommend replacing it with OEM part for $699.93. I expressed my skepticism and Alex said he…
Two words: honest and friendly
We had water pump replaced and other items that went with it. Extremely thorough. Excellent customer service, prices reasonable, thorough and caring. I have dealt with them over 10 years and highly recommend them.
Each time I have went has been a pleasant experience. I have them the code for my check engine light and when their assessment concurred, they did not charge me for the scan. The AC repair was very affordable and I have found them to be honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
Adam, his staff, and the quality of service are always outstanding. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your car is running smoothly and you’re satisfied as a customer. Highly recommend

Been going to them for 20 years, always fair and honest.
Whilhelm is the only auto shop I trust with my cars. They are good honest people! They have taken care of all my cars over the past 13 years and I have only had good experiences with them. They always take good care of my car. They let me know what’s needed and why and not in a pushy way. And for this visit a no charge oil change for my birthday, which was pleasant suprise. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family.
Had to order a powertrain control module, expensive & it took a week. Installed & ready in about an hour. Good service but I thought they were expensive.
These folks will take care of you, no matter what. Their customer care is outstanding. They will do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. Would recommend for a variety of auto care needs. They are patient and will address your concerns and make sure you are taken care of and happy.
Luke was extremely helpful! When I dropped my car off, they paid for an uber for me to go home. They gave me a quote before doing any repairs to my car. When they were waiting to get a part until the next day, I told them I had work the next day and didnt have another ride, they set up a car rental and sent another…
I never go anywhere else! They are professional and only do the necessary work! A good, trustworthy mechanic is hard to find. I’m so glad I found one!!
The experts at Wilhelm are courteous and professional and provide excellent service at reasonable prices. Every job I’ve had them do was done on time and done well. The front desk personnel are polite, knowledgeable and courteous
great service
The best! They know exactly what their doing. Refreshing to get great service in these shady times. Highly recommend.
They had my vehicle for nearly 4 weeks. There was a lack of communication, howerver when I did speak to anyone they were very polite and informative. Do not go to the Estrella Parkway location, I suggest you go to the Litchfield Park location where the "master technician" is.
