Wilhelm staff Josie and Mark we’re great helping me out on getting new tires for my car 🚙 I recommend them and using their coupons they saved me money 💵
Always outstanding Service. Jose is the best.
Always a great experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
I was well received by an assoc. He was very nice and personable and my car was done before the expected time. Thank you Wilhelm for your service. You always do great!.
Wilhelm Automotive service is top notch. I love the visual report with detailed pictures of what needs to be done. 100% recommend.
Wow, I had heard good word about the auto shop by the RR tracks on Estrella and they exceeded my expectations. 2020 Hyundai Palisades just went out of warranty with 1k miles over 100,000. Checked with the original dealer as I had one more free oil change from the original purchase. I had them run diagnostics on…
Every time I’ve gone to your shop, I’ve felt good about my vehicles. I would recommend you guys anytime. Thank you
Outstanding service and friendly
Punctual. Efficient. Great communication.
Kept me informed during the entire process, including confirmation of requested services and a suggestion for an item that I neglected to include in my list. Very professional, personable and efficient. Great to have this service center close to home.
If I could give this shop more than five stars I would! Mark and Josie are awesome service advisors! They are very kind, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They have seen us for a few different mechanical/electrical things that have come up and have always been very determined to get the issue resolved correctly…
Repair to the locking system on door.
Recently needed to prepare my car for a 1700 mile trip back to Illinois. Was referred to Wilhelm Automotive, I was not disappointed. Having just retired from 35 years in the automotive industry, I'm fairly familiar with how a service facility should operate. From the service advisors, to the technicians, to the…
Best Automotive I’ve ever experienced is Wilhelm Automotive! Consistently superior in service and customer care!
Very satisfied with the service and communication I received. Thank you
Today I had an oil change on my 2019 jeep Rubi. The best group of guys ever.. please give them appropriate raises and incentives to keep this family happy they deserve it!!! My favorite and only Wilham Motors I will ever go to..thanks so much for taking care of my auto stuff for all these years!! You all are awesome 👌
Had an oil change and a new battery was installed. They gave me a heads-up of future work that may need to be done, but didn’t pressure me to have repairs done immediately. They would just monitor them until repairs were necessary. There prices are very fair and trust them completely. I highly recommend them!
Always Amazing Customer Service.
Great place!! Max at front desk always nice! I don’t know the mechanics names, but if I did I’d give them a shout out, too! Good work, guys!!
Amazing service!!
