Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

One of the best auto places I’ve taken my car to. They’re always honest about what needs done and what can wait. They usually throw in whatever coupon or deal they can. And Mark there is really friendly and does extras like stay late the other day when I couldn’t get there until after close.

Excellent work on my BMW X3! My full diagnostic test was ran, Sam at the Goodyear location had very open communication with us throughout the day and until we picked up the car. Car has new brakes, all fluids were checked and were filled and cleaned if needed.

Sam was very kind and helpful through my experience with Wilhelm. I brought my car in for a check-up prior to a long roadtrip, and when my car was finished, I received a very detailed and helpful summary of what needs to be done. It was great to see pictures and explanations before then discussing with Sam on the… Read full review

Excellent customer service, the gentleman was very nice and HONEST.

We have been having our 2 cars serviced at Wilhelm for 4 years. They have always done a great job in a timely fashion. A very friendly staff.

I've reviewed Wilhelm in the past with both positive and negative evaluations, but my recent visit deserves a review all its own. I had my Jeep Wrangler towed there when it refused to start. Technicians were backed-up with repairs and encouraged me to leave it there until they could look at it. That took place nine… Read full review

Family recommendation and first time here but very happy. No upsell pressure like you find at dealerships. Employees were pleasant and appeared they actually like working here. Prices were very good, dealership wanted $115 for oil change which here was only $40! Will definitely use them again.

The work was done quickly, fairly, and honestly. What more can you ask for?

Josie was amazing. I needed an emergency brake job done on my truck and had no appointment, but she made it happen.

good experience, they don't try to up sale you. I appreciate that. Oil was changed and tires rotated while I waited. Prompt and friendly.

First time at Wilhelm Automotive Goodyear for an oil change and tire rotation. Great price and service was completed quickly. The service advisor recommended a brake flush which I scheduled for the following week. At the brake flush appointment, I inquired about also doing a cooling system flush. They were able… Read full review

Friendly and straight forward. I appreciated the customer service I received and the estimates including supporting videos was a great touch.

Staff was very friendly, answered all my questions, and got my brakes and rotors done by end of day!! Pleased!!

Absolutely the best service around! While not the least expensive, the quality work and service is beyond compare.

Friendly service agents. Reasonable, fair pricing.

Always treated so kindly and with respect by all the employees. Wilhelm is always my go to for maintenance on our vehicles.

They did a great job! Fair pricing. They’re keeping an old vehicle on the road for years to come.
