Wilhelm Automotive Repair & Tires

My Appointment time didn't mean much.instead of 1 1/2 hours it was more like 4 hours. Not really that big of a deal, just meant a extra trip out to pick up our Car.

One of the best auto places I’ve taken my car to. They’re always honest about what needs done and what can wait. They usually throw in whatever coupon or deal they can. And Mark there is really friendly and does extras like stay late the other day when I couldn’t get there until after close.

Again....... Great job, great shop!!!!

Staff does a good job checking you in. Work completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Wilhelm for car repairs.

I discovered Wilhelm Automotive in Goodyear, AZ three or four years ago when my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country needed an oil change and a few other maintenance items and I have been a satisfied customer ever since for repairs and maintenance. I traded vehicles and my current car was due for an oil change today.… Read full review

Great customer service, quick in and out, and superb workmanship...fixed all my issues! Highly reccommended!

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Services performed were explained and carried out quickly.

Great job

Oil change, trans flush and tire rotation. Fairly priced. They also check over 30 components overall and list ones that may need attention and those that need immediate attention. No hard sell while car is being serviced. Well done Wilhelm!

Quick turnaround on service, friendly, fair recommendations

Always a great experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Sam was very kind and helpful through my experience with Wilhelm. I brought my car in for a check-up prior to a long roadtrip, and when my car was finished, I received a very detailed and helpful summary of what needs to be done. It was great to see pictures and explanations before then discussing with Sam on the… Read full review

Great place to get you auto work done.

Was told my truck couldn’t get worked on until Monday, I was there Saturday. They took my vehicle in to at least do an oil change, I needed my A/C repaired (freon leak) and needed my side mirror replaced. 2 and a half hours later, everything was completed. I am on vacation and heading to Texas and really needed all… Read full review

I arrived earlier than scheduled for an oil change & the gentleman at the front counter was friendly. He got me checked in & my service was finished quickly. I'll definitely be returning.

Great experience dealing with Wilhelm Automotive. Professional, friendly, and to the point. Looking for oil change last minute and was able to squeeze me in and was done way before expected. Mark is awesome to deal with and always looking out for customer and what he can do for me. Highly would recommend Wilhelm for auto service.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful!

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my visit there, except for on small mishap that they quickly corrected. The place has a unique charm inside, that be a little nostalgic. The people there are really nice, and prices are reasonable, when compared with the competition. Scheduling was easy, in person, over the phone, or online. Overall 4.5 Stars.

Great service. Josie was able to answer all of our questions and had the vehicle ready when promised.

Called for an oil change late yesterday and was in and out in less than an hour.

Family recommendation and first time here but very happy. No upsell pressure like you find at dealerships. Employees were pleasant and appeared they actually like working here. Prices were very good, dealership wanted $115 for oil change which here was only $40! Will definitely use them again.

Friendly service. The quote for the work was spot on. I trust Wilhelm to provide reliable work on my car.

Very impressed, from the appointment to finish they were great!

Great service

Great service!

Great experience. Dropped off car at 9am to diagnose a vibration issue. Wheel bearing hub assembly was replaced and job was completed by 3:30pm.

Always timely, completed work. Staff is very courteous.

Wilhelm in Goodyear is my go to spot for all my car needs. Josie is kind and friendly and Germaine explained the repairs in a way that I could understand and bonus points - he found a coupon for me to apply to the oil change! Highly recommend!

Received excellent service.

The folks at Wilhelm’s are friendly and efficient and the prices are fair. The best part is that your vehicle is ready when they say it will be. Definitely recommended.

Great service and friendly staff!

A little disappointed with Wilhelm today concerning their timeliness and responsiveness . Okay…I’ve been a dedicated Wilhelm customer for about 15 years and admit I’m getting older and less patient as a senior citizen collecting social security, enrolled in Medicare, and a disabled Army veteran. I guess I’ve won… Read full review

Willhelm did me good. A little high on their pricing, but they fix the problem.

good experience, they don't try to up sale you. I appreciate that. Oil was changed and tires rotated while I waited. Prompt and friendly.

Professional and friendly! They are the best, I honestly would not trust my cars with anyone else. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Also support veterans and military! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kept me informed during the entire process, including confirmation of requested services and a suggestion for an item that I neglected to include in my list. Very professional, personable and efficient. Great to have this service center close to home.

Wilhelm is easy to work with. Prompt service.

First time at Wilhelm Automotive Goodyear for an oil change and tire rotation. Great price and service was completed quickly. The service advisor recommended a brake flush which I scheduled for the following week. At the brake flush appointment, I inquired about also doing a cooling system flush. Always feel comfortable with bringing our vehicles to Wilhelm in Goodyear. Mark is so nice and accommodating with not trying to rip you off. He goes out of his way to see what your needs or doesnt need. We really appreciate his honesty. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone's car service needs.

I have never been to an auto care business that treats you so well and is so thorough in repairs/diagnostics and communication.

Repair to the locking system on door.

Great support and service. Joety was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable regarding my car issues. Thank you

Recently needed to prepare my car for a 1700 mile trip back to Illinois. Was referred to Wilhelm Automotive, I was not disappointed. Always great service

Wilhelm service my vehicle today, they were professional and friendly. I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of my tires it may have took them about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Great services. Thank you.

Best Automotive I’ve ever experienced is Wilhelm Automotive! Consistently superior in service and customer care!

Had an excellent visit to Wilhelm South yesterday. Service was quick & very reasonably priced with good future service recommendations. Already scheduled my next visit.

The service at Wilhelm is excellent they go above and beyond to make sure that you’re satisfied. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else for service, plus they offer a veterans discount.

We are fortunate to have such a great company so close to where we live. After moving to Arizona from New York in 2019 we needed to get my wife's car serviced and they were nearby. So while we went to them for convenience, we've remained their customers because of their transparency, honesty and quality work.

I have be using this business for several years after a friend recommended them as friendly, fair and honest. Today I had an appointment for an oil change at 11. I was pleasantly greeted by Adam. Who immediately checked me in. While waiting I listened as Adam answered several customers calling in and stopping in. He… Read full review

Excellent service and people

They have always been professional, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I appreciate the customer service and willingness to hear what troubles you are having and no up sell.

The Wilhelm Goodyear team are awsome.

Wilhelm continues to do a great job servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend them. They have been so good to me since I moved to Arizona 2 1/2 years ago!

. Very personable staff Appointment was on time and service quick and professional. Checked vehicle and recommended future maintenance concerns. Highly recommended

After 2hours and 45 minutes I was able to leave Wilhelm with an oil change, tire rotation and a $119.49 air filter replacement. My total bill was $148.88. This was AFTER a "50%discount for the oil change and a 10% discount for the air filter. Is it me or is this an outrageous amount for the service and the time it took for it?

Always Amazing Customer Service.

Buen servicio en mi carro la persona que me atendió muy profesional y amable y me respondió todas las preguntas sobre el carro.

Nice folks good communication & service.

Great service reasonably priced

Adam, Max, and all the guys at Wilhelm are the best!! Highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs! They take such great care of our vehicles, and are the nicest guys. Honest and reliable! We appreciate you guys!

The Guys are very nice, car seems to be working alright. They gave me a giant list of extra stuff they say my car needs done, which is concerning, since some of the stuff just got do e only a few months ago. As a wo.an, I have my skeptical moments with Auto mechanics, so it was great that these guys take photos and… Read full review

excellent customer service and excellent techs. I've been using them for a couple years and they are my "go to" shop

Came in for an oil change. They always do a good job and don't pressure you to do add on services. Just give recommendations and let you choose.

Fair pricing. Good service. No problems. Will continue to use.

Absolutely the best service around! While not the least expensive, the quality work and service is beyond compare.

Friendly service agents. Reasonable, fair pricing.

Always exceptional service, fair pricing and very quick having repairs done.

Had to have a road damaged replacement. As usual everything was smooth as silk

So happy with the service we’ve received at Wilhelm. We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on! Fast, friendly and honest service! Thank you so much Alejandro !

I would highly recommend Wilhelm for your auto needs. Wry friendly and knowledgeable and noticed my license plate bulbs were burnt out and replaced them for free.

Great service and very friendly experience!

Great place recommend highly 👍🤙👍😁

Great service advisor. Will go to this location everytime

Always treated so kindly and with respect by all the employees. Wilhelm is always my go to for maintenance on our vehicles.

Very good service

Visit was pleasant, dropped off vehicle explained what needed attention.Latter they called and explained what needed to be done so I told them to make repaires.. picked up vehicle next day to my satisfaction.

They did a great job! Fair pricing. They’re keeping an old vehicle on the road for years to come.

Professional and courteous front desk employees, oil change was completed within an hour while drinking their complementary black coffee and bottled water while surfing the internet in thier fast guest Wi-Fi!

I’m always impressed with the personnel at Wilhelm Automotive #1155. They listen to my automotive concerns and are available to answer my questions in an informative, jovial yet calming demeanor. I enjoy doing business with them and feel my car is in good hands!!

They were very curtious and my car was checked out and I was able to use my coupon.

Alex and Adam did a fantastic job of replacing the engine control module on my 2007 Mazda Miata. It was a difficult part to find but they were persistent in recovering one in New York. Now after quite a while, the car is up and running and my wife is very happy. I am definitely going to be a regular customer. Terry

Excellent experience. First time there and will keep going back.

I will be taking my car to Wilhelm Automotive from now on. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Especially Max, who is an outstanding asset for Wilhelm Automotive.

Had a coupon for $19.95

Wilhelm replaced my two fuel pumps on my 2002 Thunderbird last year, and discovered a serious problem with the tires. They made sure that the car was 100% safe before returning it to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Transmission fluid replacement. Wilhelm's Honda sources were out of fluid. I had to drive 60 miles to get fluid at Tempe Honda as my reminder was already slightly passed due.

My concern is not the work that was performed or the invoice amount. My concern is that the invoice I received was impossible to decipher. I would expect an invoice from an auto repair shop to list out part costs, labor costs, and taxes. The two pages of invoices that I received do not list out the costs of each… Read full review

Awesome, kind, fair, plus clean and comfortable waiting room that even caters to parents if they have to wait with their child. I'm new to the area and so glad I found this place!

Complimentary safety check...

As always they were personal, explained procedures,. I always feel that they care about my car workability. Alex and Alan are the best. Thank you guys

Great service, been taking my cars there for almost 5 years now. Never had a problem. I have had a lot of different repairs there. Great customer service also

Friendly and prompt customer service. They also have a nice and comfortable waiting room for while you wait on your vehicle.

Kinda disappointed they didn’t automatically apply the $13.52 credit I had on account, but they saved me about $30 over a dealership cost, so I still came out ahead. Besides, I forgot to point out the credit, so it’ll be there for my next visit😁

There was no mansplaining. They didn’t talk down to me and they didn’t talk over my head. Treated me like a normal human being. Thank you for being you.

Scheduled using an app through USAA. Learned the apps don’t talk with their system but still got me in the same day even though I they weren’t tracking my drop off. Kept me updated and corrected all issues. Price was fair and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service. Will continue to use for future issues.

Each time I have went has been a pleasant experience. I have them the code for my check engine light and when their assessment concurred, they did not charge me for the scan. The AC repair was very affordable and I have found them to be honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The crew at this location is awesome! To us they make sure they take care of our vehicles.

Adam, his staff, and the quality of service are always outstanding. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your car is running smoothly and you’re satisfied as a customer. Highly recommend

I’ve been with WILHELM with 4 different vehicles, over the years. They are still servicing the 2 that I still have.. in fact, the manager of the Goodyear shop use to work on my car when he was a Technician.

Very good service !

Wilhelm has always dealt straight with me. Sometimes they find issues but they've never lied to me about anything. Personable, professional, skilled, and honest mechanics. It's no wonder they are always busy. They are worth the wait.

Great customer service! Very nice people and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back.

We use Wilhelm often and they have incredible customer service.

Love these guys, great coupons and responsible repair recommendations.

First time using Wilhelm Automotive and we were very pleased with their professionalism and service for a fair price. Will definitely use again!

Took my car for an oil change, after I picked up my car, it was making a ticking noise, which it never made before. Opened the hood and found that they didn't put the oil cap back on and left a rag under my hood. Will not go back, they just lost a customer.

Service was good, friendly customer service.

They took care of me, awesome

Attention to detail …… they are good listeners and have valid information about my car …. I didn’t know tires have batteries??? When I arrive they greet me by my name before arriving to the desk …… they are working through this horrible Pandamic…. Thank you ….. Appreciate they are so close to the Estrella community

Been going to Wilhelm's on Estrella Parkway for years. They've never treated us badly. As always, great service

I brought my SUV in for tire swap, oil change and an alignment. Dropped it off early before opening and received a call later in the day that they broke 2 tire pressure sensors and they would have to pick them up from the dealer. They covered the parts they broke but the car had to stay for 2 days and I had to get a… Read full review

Very professional,

These guys are always extremely friendly and professional, I’m probably going to use them for everything I need now going forward.

In the beginning I was very excited. Everyone was friendly and the referring location (the original location was booking two weeks out) informed me of an available coupon. Simple oil change. Gave me a great price. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Appreciate the honesty.

Place is good to go, and very competitive pricing. Did a same day service for coolant flush, engine oil, tran fluid, brake flush.

My dad has been using this Wilhelm for years. And is always happy. He currently has some health issues and I made the appointment for his vehicle. The owner(?) manager(?) knew exactly who my dad was and his particular “likes” time-wise. Adam was super easy to work with and was able to accommodate us. PS - don’t use the website to request an appointment.

As always, excellent service and work. Always helpful and honest. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and accommodating. Best price around.

Oil change & tire rotation completed within an hour or so. Always helps not to have to wait a long period of time to have this done!

Another great experience with Wilhelm. Professional employees, kind an helpful and great prices too. We've used Wilhelm for 17 years and have always been pleased!

Always do professional work oil changes might take a little bit now there's a shortage on mechanics everywhere

Local automotive shop near my community, convenient, and the customer service is always great. Open communication and never feel taken advantage of. Would recommend.

Whilhelm is the only auto shop I trust with my cars. They are good honest people! They have taken care of all my cars over the past 13 years and I have only had good experiences with them. 1st time going to Wilhelm. Super customer service, fair prices, and good work. Will highly recommend.

We have been using Wilhelm for almost two years now since relocating to Arizona. Not only have they handled easy and more difficult repairs they listen to what you say and get to know you. It is nice being treated like a friend instead of just another customer.

I shared my experience with my neighbors and recommended that they try out Wilhelm auto services . John J of Goodyear AZ

They were professional and explained things that needed to be done. Very clean inside.

Always recommend Wilhelm’s!

They always take good care of my car. They let me know what’s needed and why and not in a pushy way. And for this visit a no charge oil change for my birthday, which was pleasant suprise. Highly recommend.

Brought in a 2012 Ford Focus and a 2010 Toyota Camry in for inspection and oil change on 5/6. According to Wilhelm, my Focus passed and all it needed an oil change. My Camry however needed a little bit of work. It needed a right front axle shaft boot and both front lower control arm bushings replaced and align. Got… Read full review
