My Appointment time didn't mean much.instead of 1 1/2 hours it was more like 4 hours. Not really that big of a deal, just meant a extra trip out to pick up our Car.

One of the best auto places I’ve taken my car to. They’re always honest about what needs done and what can wait. They usually throw in whatever coupon or deal they can. And Mark there is really friendly and does extras like stay late the other day when I couldn’t get there until after close.

Again....... Great job, great shop!!!!

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my visit there, except for on small mishap that they quickly corrected. The place has a unique charm inside, that be a little nostalgic. The people there are really nice, and prices are reasonable, when compared with the competition. Scheduling was easy, in person, over the phone, or online. Overall 4.5 Stars.

Called for an oil change late yesterday and was in and out in less than an hour.

Family recommendation and first time here but very happy. No upsell pressure like you find at dealerships. Employees were pleasant and appeared they actually like working here. Prices were very good, dealership wanted $115 for oil change which here was only $40! Will definitely use them again.

Always feel comfortable with bringing our vehicles to Wilhelm in Goodyear. Mark is so nice and accommodating with not trying to rip you off. He goes out of his way to see what your needs or doesnt need. We really appreciate his honesty. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone's car service needs.

After 2hours and 45 minutes I was able to leave Wilhelm with an oil change, tire rotation and a $119.49 air filter replacement. My total bill was $148.88. This was AFTER a "50%discount for the oil change and a 10% discount for the air filter. Is it me or is this an outrageous amount for the service and the time it took for it?

Alex and Adam did a fantastic job of replacing the engine control module on my 2007 Mazda Miata. It was a difficult part to find but they were persistent in recovering one in New York. Had a coupon for $19.95

Wilhelm replaced my two fuel pumps on my 2002 Thunderbird last year, and discovered a serious problem with the tires. They made sure that the car was 100% safe before returning it to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Transmission fluid replacement. Wilhelm's Honda sources were out of fluid. I had to drive 60 miles to get fluid at Tempe Honda as my reminder was already slightly passed due.

My concern is not the work that was performed or the invoice amount. My concern is that the invoice I received was impossible to decipher. I would expect an invoice from an auto repair shop to list out part costs, labor costs, and taxes. The two pages of invoices that I received do not list out the costs of each… Read full review

Friendly and prompt customer service. They also have a nice and comfortable waiting room for while you wait on your vehicle.

Kinda disappointed they didn’t automatically apply the $13.52 credit I had on account, but they saved me about $30 over a dealership cost, so I still came out ahead. Besides, I forgot to point out the credit, so it’ll be there for my next visit😁

Scheduled using an app through USAA. Learned the apps don’t talk with their system but still got me in the same day even though I they weren’t tracking my drop off. Kept me updated and corrected all issues. Price was fair and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the service. Will continue to use for future issues.

Each time I have went has been a pleasant experience. I have them the code for my check engine light and when their assessment concurred, they did not charge me for the scan. The AC repair was very affordable and I have found them to be honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Took my car for an oil change, after I picked up my car, it was making a ticking noise, which it never made before. Opened the hood and found that they didn't put the oil cap back on and left a rag under my hood. Will not go back, they just lost a customer.
