One of the best auto places I’ve taken my car to. They’re always honest about what needs done and what can wait. They usually throw in whatever coupon or deal they can. And Mark there is really friendly and does extras like stay late the other day when I couldn’t get there until after close.
Great customer service, quick in and out, and superb workmanship...fixed all my issues! Highly reccommended!
Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Services performed were explained and carried out quickly.
Oil change, trans flush and tire rotation. Fairly priced. They also check over 30 components overall and list ones that may need attention and those that need immediate attention. No hard sell while car is being serviced. Well done Wilhelm!
Always outstanding Service. Jose is the best.
Wilheim Automotive ipro ides service you can rely on. They are professional and patient, as well as genuinely caring. It feels right hetting my car serviced there. It's worth a try! Thanks, Wilheim!
Always a great experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
Sam was very kind and helpful through my experience with Wilhelm. I brought my car in for a check-up prior to a long roadtrip, and when my car was finished, I received a very detailed and helpful summary of what needs to be done. It was great to see pictures and explanations before then discussing with Sam on the…
Prompt and thorough service! Appreciate the ride home and back so I didn’t have to wait while they did the repairs!
Great place to get you auto work done.
I was well received by an assoc. He was very nice and personable and my car was done before the expected time. Thank you Wilhelm for your service. You always do great!.
They changed the oil and filter. They gave me a report of 5 items needing to be taken care of. I already did one, so they took care of the other four: brake fluid flush, fuel system, transmission oil change, and coolant change. They honored the coupon I brought in. They were very professional and friendly. Great shop.
We have been having our 2 cars serviced at Wilhelm for 4 years. They have always done a great job in a timely fashion. A very friendly staff.
Very professional, thorough and polite
Great experience dealing with Wilhelm Automotive. Professional, friendly, and to the point. Looking for oil change last minute and was able to squeeze me in and was done way before expected. Mark is awesome to deal with and always looking out for customer and what he can do for me. Highly would recommend Wilhelm for auto service.
Great service. Josie was able to answer all of our questions and had the vehicle ready when promised.
Friendly service. The quote for the work was spot on. I trust Wilhelm to provide reliable work on my car.
Great service!
Received excellent service.
The folks at Wilhelm’s are friendly and efficient and the prices are fair. The best part is that your vehicle is ready when they say it will be. Definitely recommended.
Josie our customer service rep was amazing. Mechanics did a great job. Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend.
Punctual. Efficient. Great communication.
Kept me informed during the entire process, including confirmation of requested services and a suggestion for an item that I neglected to include in my list. Very professional, personable and efficient. Great to have this service center close to home.
Wilhelm is easy to work with. Prompt service.
First time at Wilhelm Automotive Goodyear for an oil change and tire rotation. Great price and service was completed quickly. The service advisor recommended a brake flush which I scheduled for the following week. At the brake flush appointment, I inquired about also doing a cooling system flush. They were able…
If I could give this shop more than five stars I would! Mark and Josie are awesome service advisors! They are very kind, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They have seen us for a few different mechanical/electrical things that have come up and have always been very determined to get the issue resolved correctly…

Recently needed to prepare my car for a 1700 mile trip back to Illinois. Was referred to Wilhelm Automotive, I was not disappointed. Having just retired from 35 years in the automotive industry, I'm fairly familiar with how a service facility should operate. From the service advisors, to the technicians, to the…
UPDATE: As usual WILHELM in Goodyear never fails to make me happy. Adam, Manger and Mark, Asst Manager are ALWAYS a delight to work with. They stand behind their work, honor warranty repairs without hassle, and have me in and out. I've been going for YEARS and will continue for many more. Just the BEST Auto shop…
Good service.
Always great service
Wilhelm service my vehicle today, they were professional and friendly. I had an appointment for an oil change and rotation of my tires it may have took them about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Great services. Thank you.
Best Automotive I’ve ever experienced is Wilhelm Automotive! Consistently superior in service and customer care!
We are fortunate to have such a great company so close to where we live. After moving to Arizona from New York in 2019 we needed to get my wife's car serviced and they were nearby. So while we went to them for convenience, we've remained their customers because of their transparency, honesty and quality work.
Today I had an oil change on my 2019 jeep Rubi. The best group of guys ever.. please give them appropriate raises and incentives to keep this family happy they deserve it!!! My favorite and only Wilham Motors I will ever go to..thanks so much for taking care of my auto stuff for all these years!! You all are awesome 👌
Wilhelm continues to do a great job servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend them. They have been so good to me since I moved to Arizona 2 1/2 years ago!
After 2hours and 45 minutes I was able to leave Wilhelm with an oil change, tire rotation and a $119.49 air filter replacement. My total bill was $148.88. This was AFTER a "50%discount for the oil change and a 10% discount for the air filter. Is it me or is this an outrageous amount for the service and the time it took for it?
Nice folks good communication & service.
The Guys are very nice, car seems to be working alright. They gave me a giant list of extra stuff they say my car needs done, which is concerning, since some of the stuff just got do e only a few months ago. As a wo.an, I have my skeptical moments with Auto mechanics, so it was great that these guys take photos and…
excellent customer service and excellent techs. I've been using them for a couple years and they are my "go to" shop
Friendly service agents. Reasonable, fair pricing.
So happy with the service we’ve received at Wilhelm. We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on! Fast, friendly and honest service! Thank you so much Alejandro !
I would highly recommend Wilhelm for your auto needs. Wry friendly and knowledgeable and noticed my license plate bulbs were burnt out and replaced them for free.
Always treated so kindly and with respect by all the employees. Wilhelm is always my go to for maintenance on our vehicles.
Very good service
I was welcomed in a friendly manor and that made me feel comfortable. This is the first time I have used Wilhelmina auto. They finished my oil change and tire rotation I. A timely manner. I would definitely use them again
The front office people couldn't be better Friendly kind and well informed The maintenance work took less time than they thought it might, so that was great too
They were very curtious and my car was checked out and I was able to use my coupon.
Excellent experience. First time there and will keep going back.
Awesome, kind, fair, plus clean and comfortable waiting room that even caters to parents if they have to wait with their child. I'm new to the area and so glad I found this place!
Got an oil change, had them check the brakes and the tire pressure. Everything was done in a hour and a half. Only had to pay for the oil change. Very friendly point of contact with Max. Enjoyed talking with him and asking questions. Nice solid repair shop with some friendly and professional people. Not much more you could ask for.
Service writers where personable, upfront on very helpful. Great service of my new tires and being able to shop them to you guys was so hassle free. Would recommend anyone who needs work done to you guys.
