Chris was amazing! I walked in with a screw in my tire and he immediately had me bring it back, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Quick service and kind employees, highly recommend!

Always feel comfortable with bringing our vehicles to Wilhelm in Goodyear. Mark is so nice and accommodating with not trying to rip you off. He goes out of his way to see what your needs or doesnt need. We really appreciate his honesty. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone's car service needs.

I've been taking my car to Wilhelm Automotive for over a year now. The service there is excellent both the repair & the hospitality. My experience there has been by far the Best in Automotive Shopping since moving to Az.

Was able to call in the morning on a Saturday and Alex was very helpful in getting me a quote on a tire and fitting me in after I got off work in the afternoon to get the tire replaced. The time saved was invaluable!

Grate service, clean waiting area, Max was very professional, my car felt like new

I’m always impressed with the personnel at Wilhelm Automotive #1155. They listen to my automotive concerns and are available to answer my questions in an informative, jovial yet calming demeanor. I enjoy doing business with them and feel my car is in good hands!!

I will be taking my car to Wilhelm Automotive from now on. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Especially Max, who is an outstanding asset for Wilhelm Automotive.

Wilhelm replaced my two fuel pumps on my 2002 Thunderbird last year, and discovered a serious problem with the tires. They made sure that the car was 100% safe before returning it to me. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Had a mail in my tire they got me in and out in a hurry. Very pleasant experience the employees were very nice and helpful. The environment had a family feel to it. The store was clean and smelled great! If I need anything else for my vehicles I’ll be sure to check with them first! Thanks Adam.

Had an unrepairable tire due to a nail, was wary of where to take my car. Looked at reviews for Wilhelm Automotive and decided to take it there. Environment felt very welcoming and customer service was great. Easy in and out and everything worked out. Will not hesitate to take my car to Wilhelm for future work.

Service writers where personable, upfront on very helpful. Great service of my new tires and being able to shop them to you guys was so hassle free. Would recommend anyone who needs work done to you guys.

Jim, Luke and the guys always take care of me and get me in as soon as they can, even though that does usually mean a week or so out. For the type of work that I bring them, which is generally tires or small jobs I am ok with that wait. Stand up guys that don't beat around the bush, thanks again.

Took my car in for service & inspection. Front desk staff was really nice n friendly. They always take good care of my car. They let me know what’s needed and why and not in a pushy way. And for this visit a no charge oil change for my birthday, which was pleasant suprise. Highly recommend.

Brought in a 2012 Ford Focus and a 2010 Toyota Camry in for inspection and oil change on 5/6. According to Wilhelm, my Focus passed and all it needed an oil change. I appreciated the promptness of the service, their flexibility and recommendations. This is my favorite repair shop in all of AZ. Thank you so much to everyone. My service advisor Luke did a complete inspection of my Jeep Wrangler that had been out of service for quite a while. He recommended replacing worn parts over the last 24 years and servicing fluids and belts. The Jeep handles like new and will give us years of happy trails!
