Great service! Honest and trustworthy service. Highly recommend! Mark was welcoming and provided clear and detailed communication. Business seeks the best interest for it's customers rather than it's business. Business seeks to provide a positive and caring relationship with it's customers. Facility is clean and well maintained.
Mark was very helpful and patient. I used my aftermarket warranty there, he made it much easier to handle than I would of. Will use again
Always outstanding Service. Jose is the best.
Sam was very kind and helpful through my experience with Wilhelm. I brought my car in for a check-up prior to a long roadtrip, and when my car was finished, I received a very detailed and helpful summary of what needs to be done. It was great to see pictures and explanations before then discussing with Sam on the…
I was well received by an assoc. He was very nice and personable and my car was done before the expected time. Thank you Wilhelm for your service. You always do great!.

Wow, I had heard good word about the auto shop by the RR tracks on Estrella and they exceeded my expectations. 2020 Hyundai Palisades just went out of warranty with 1k miles over 100,000. Checked with the original dealer as I had one more free oil change from the original purchase. I had them run diagnostics on…
Routine alignment
I own a 2007 Suzukie Aero … I could take my old car elsewhere for the least expensive labor rate but I always take it here. The staff is always incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and have never personally experienced any suprises, nor unnecessary delays with them. They even offer to pay for a lyft/uber ride back…
Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful!
Friendly service. The quote for the work was spot on. I trust Wilhelm to provide reliable work on my car.
Josie our customer service rep was amazing. Mechanics did a great job. Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Wilhelm. Excellent customer service and they are trustworthy in my experience.
Professional and friendly! They are the best, I honestly would not trust my cars with anyone else. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Also support veterans and military! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give this shop more than five stars I would! Mark and Josie are awesome service advisors! They are very kind, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. They have seen us for a few different mechanical/electrical things that have come up and have always been very determined to get the issue resolved correctly…
Great service and communication. Thanks Mark!
Always feel comfortable with bringing our vehicles to Wilhelm in Goodyear. Mark is so nice and accommodating with not trying to rip you off. He goes out of his way to see what your needs or doesnt need. We really appreciate his honesty. Definitely would recommend this location for anyone's car service needs.
Repair to the locking system on door.

Always Great service.
Had an alignment done on my jeep they did a great job and took extra time as to not scratch the carbon coating on my components. Thank you
I have been using Wilhelm since I moved to Arizona in 2019. I really like this company as they do not try to sell services that are not necessary. Each time they have serviced my car(s) they have told me that all looks good, and they would let me know if and when I need something taken care of. I have a lot of…
I appreciate the customer service and willingness to hear what troubles you are having and no up sell.
Nice folks good communication & service.
Day 1, the service is great at the front desk, but I got an alignment done on my truck It stays straight on the road now but the steering wheel does not align with the wheels at its resting position. The steering wheel wants to be at 11 o'clock naturally now with the wheels going straight after the alignment when…
They were great a fantastic place to go into
Max the advisor is a seasoned professional who was flexible with my dubious old car that needed some help beyond my abilities. I bodged a previous repair and their technicians were able to work around it and come up with a great result on an alignment and re clocking the steering wheel correctly. Great work and great price!
Very busy business, waited over 40 minutes for a 10:00 appointment, did a great job with alignment done on my suv! Thank you!
Excellent customer service and repairs done in a timely manner.
I brought my SUV in for tire swap, oil change and an alignment. Dropped it off early before opening and received a call later in the day that they broke 2 tire pressure sensors and they would have to pick them up from the dealer. They covered the parts they broke but the car had to stay for 2 days and I had to get a…
Very very courteous
Well this store was the only place i could find someone that actually gave me straight answers. They made me feel like they actually like to work on cars not just take my money. They repaired my mustang it had a damaged axle and several other things. They got the parts ordered and got my car back on the road in a…
First time using this place and I am very satisfied..I will be using them from now on for any car needs..
Whilhelm is the only auto shop I trust with my cars. They are good honest people! They have taken care of all my cars over the past 13 years and I have only had good experiences with them. They do excellent work, prices are good, and their trustworthiness is the reason I stay with them. I refer all my friends and…

They always take good care of my car. They let me know what’s needed and why and not in a pushy way. And for this visit a no charge oil change for my birthday, which was pleasant suprise. Highly recommend.
Brought in a 2012 Ford Focus and a 2010 Toyota Camry in for inspection and oil change on 5/6. According to Wilhelm, my Focus passed and all it needed an oil change. My Camry however needed a little bit of work. It needed a right front axle shaft boot and both front lower control arm bushings replaced and align. Got…
Just an unbelievable customer service experience. My truck was very dangerous to drive and they got me back on the road the same day. I appreciated the promptness of the service, their flexibility and recommendations. This is my favorite repair shop in all of AZ. Thank you so much to everyone. Do not, I repeat, do not go anywhere else. A Professional, welcome happens at the front desk and great, on time work is performed. Thank you, Jim and Ms. Patti! Thank you very much. May God bless you and go with Christ. Sincerely, Howard Smith
Customer service was wonderful, Luke was very very nice. Called me within a couple hours to tell me what’s wrong with the car and had it done by 5:30 which was wonderful. I definitely recommend this company and I will be coming back if I have any other problems with my car. Thank you very much
