Willakenzie Animal Clinic

We’ve been going here for a few years now and currently Heidi, our German Shepherd, is a patient. They are all very accommodating if she needs to be seen urgently and get her in quickly for a checkup.

They are all very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions. Didn’t rush. They’re great!

One of the best veterinarian offices we have ever worked with. Professional, affordable, no pressure to buy services or products that were optional. Office communicates well, doctors are the best!

The staff really care about both you and your pet. They are very thorough and ask follow up questions to ensure they can correctly diagnose your pet's ailment. They are very thorough in explaining what they determine is the issue and the proper treatment plan. If there are options, they explain those and make sure… Read full review

Dr Lisa Poquette is always fantastic with our dog Sugar and gives great advice on things like dog food and medications!

The staff here are absolutely incredible. So kind, patient and caring. 10/10 recommend!

Taking my dogs to Dr Lisa or pretty much anyone we have ever seen has been a pleasant experience. Our dogs love Lisa.

Caring, friendly, high level of communication with services performed, estimated costs and updates/follow-ups. Highly recommend and appreciative for everyone there from the front desk to the docs.

Dr Brandt is the best! I’m very particular and don’t trust many people with my pup, but trust her 1000%! She always makes us comfortable and covers all bases to make sure she is taken care of.

My family have been trusting our pets health with Willakenzie Animal Clinic for 10 plus years, we couldn’t be in better hands. Have helped us through some real tough times. They are like family.💚

Great staff…Dr Duncan is the best! All the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable.

After reading all of the reviews and doing my research on vets in the area, Willakenzie far exceeded my expectations. The care felt genuine and my dog was made to feel like he was the only one in the room. His needs were put first. The upsells were what I expected and never felt that unneeded services, shots, meds, etc were pushed on us or him.

Every person we came in contact with was so accommodating or gentle and soothing. My pup is about as big as they get but she is shy and the nurse and the Dr were so loving and not pushy this was the first positive veterinary experience we have had in her 2 years

My little boy (dog) was old so I pay for two appointments every year to make sure he was okay they did blood test and other test told me he was just great but he did not look like he was improving I I took him to another veterinarian after two years of Willakenzie Animal clinic saying he was just fine but… Read full review

Everyone is so kind!

Friendly knowledge staff. Made my nervous kitty feel safe.

The very best in Lane County.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely professional staff and veterinarians. Very pleased with care my elder dog has received. I will definitely use Willakenzie Animal Clinic in the future, and totally recommend their services.

We decided to come here due to the reviews and it was a great experience! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of my newfie, Lily and we look forward to future care :)

Hannah made us feel very comfortable as soon.as we went to the exam room. Zsa Zsa can be a handful when she is excited and both Dr. Fischer and Hannah were terrific and.very easy going but mostly helpful and lovely people.
