Yesterday evening our HAVC system controllers lost power, in that Willard sent their technician (Daniel) out to our house. In 10 mins he spotted the issues, gave me a PMI lesson and showed me things to look for and performed the repair. He was courteous and professional, much appreciated Willard's commitment to their customers.

Arin was at my home for an annual A/C inspection. He was super friendly and professional. Explaining what he was planning to accomplish. He explained findings and options in an easy to understand way, making it easy for me to make a decision. Love that Willard is full service and offers options and prioritized findings for me.

Very good experience! Mark arrived within the time window given and was extremely helpful and informative. He found my AC issue fairly quickly, but he stayed longer making sure there no additional issues and doing extra checks one the AC unit. He gave helpful tips and was genuinely friendly. Highly recommend.

We've had a membership with Willard for at least a few years. Every interaction has been fantastic! All our appointments have went well, no issues with getting the right repair or with repairs being fairly priced. Anthony was very nice and knowledgeable. He mentioned a few things that need to be done but the estimates are way too high. $400 for a new turbo capacitor that is worth about $100. That is way too much mark up. And we have a service contract with you. Frustrating.

Patrick was great he kept me informed. But the labor prices for warranty work on unit that is about 3 years old is ridiculous.

I have utilized their HVAC system maintenance program and it was superb! Now I’m looking to replace my HVAC system and I’m pending review of HVAC system replacement estimate. Met with John who was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, made valuable recommendations and he answered all my questions. Great customer experience!

Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.

They carefully inspect our A/C periodically. Very knowledgeable and professional.

My tech (Randy) was extremely personable and honest in letting me know it was too soon to maintenance my system. We quickly re-scheduled for a later date and he assured me they would be back to take care of me. It was not only his honesty but his kind and personable demeanor that made the visit a success in my book.

Seems to always be ‘selling’. Recently performed a/c summer tune-up. Didn’t check filter which was dirty, didn’t check Freon levels and instead recommended replacing system, including parts which they had replaced 9 months earlier.

Omar Martinez was professional and courteous. He stayed with me as I had several outside conversations about the right unit for me. Omar was patient, honest, and open to all of my questions. I believe I made the right decision because of Omar's help. Thank you, Omar.

These guys are fantastic. Professional, courteous, friendly, competent. I cannot give them a higher recommendation.

I had Willard out to perform my air conditioning and my heater check. I received a detailed report and pictures from my visit. I was also told about any repairs needed for my unit so I can prepare for those cost in the future.

They installed my air conditioner and I have had nothing but trouble with it. In just the last 5 months they have charged me $3000 for this and that.
