Aaron was wonderful. He took the time to explain all of what he was going to due during my normal maintenance check. Once completed he also showed/explained pictures and offered solutions to some concerns.

Leo came out to do an electrical inspection and he was great! He gave me good pricing on the things that we need to do but didn't force or try to do something without authorization. I recommend Leo all day!

Buyer Beware — Extremely Disappointing Experience I previously hired this company to repair a plumbing shut-off valve. After completing the repair, they automatically included a membership in my bill without asking whether I wanted it. Since I had already paid, I decided to keep it. Months later, the company scheduled a routine plumbing maintenance inspection. During the visit, the technician identified several issues and repeatedly recommended replacing my water heater, toilet, and garbage disposal. What concerned me was that my water heater was less than five years old, my toilet was functioning properly aside from being loose at the base, and my garbage disposal had been replaced only three months earlier. These issues appeared to warrant repairs rather than the expensive replacements being recommended. The lowest estimates I received were approximately $1,800 to repair the water heater, $1,400 to replace the toilet, and $2,500 to replace the garbage disposal and kitchen pipes. These were the lowest quotes, not the highest. The costs were excessive, particularly considering that repairs may have addressed the issues without replacing everything. Even more concerning, after the technician left, my garbage disposal stopped working, and my water heater was damaged to the point that water was leaking from the side of my house. The leak continued for nearly a week before I discovered it. As a result, my water and gas bills tripled, leaving me with additional unexpected expenses. I contacted the company to explain my concerns. Although someone followed up to ask questions, nothing meaningful was done to resolve the situation. I am now out an additional $500 related to this maintenance visit, on top of the other expenses and increased utility bills. I understand that plumbing issues can arise, and I am willing to pay for legitimate repairs. However, I expect honest recommendations, reasonable pricing, and accountability when something goes wrong after a service visit. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I do not feel confident recommending this company, and they have permanently made my do-not-use list. I would appreciate a refund, but after my experience trying to resolve this matter, I am not optimistic. My advice to other homeowners: Get a second opinion, question recommendations to replace relatively new equipment, review every charge before paying, and document the condition of your plumbing before and after service.
