Did fall furnace inspection, very knowledgeable and explained everything he did and gave some future recommendations, also notice loose mastic tape and would return to replace.

Called on a Saturday and Mark showed up a couple hrs later. He got our ac working. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Technician was outstanding. Fantastic customer service!

The technician, Kaylie was very appropriate within the time that was scheduled. Appearance was neat, and clean. The services that were scheduled were completed with explanations of all results. We were very pleased with our technician and services provided!

I had Willard install a 20k unit about 5 years ago. The inverter board went out which is under warranty. Tried calling multiple times get on their schedule to get it fixed. Yesterday evening our HAVC system controllers lost power, in that Willard sent their technician (Daniel) out to our house. In 10 mins he spotted the issues, gave me a PMI lesson and showed me things to look for and performed the repair. He was courteous and professional, much appreciated Willard's commitment to their customers.

Arin was at my home for an annual A/C inspection. He was super friendly and professional. Explaining what he was planning to accomplish. He explained findings and options in an easy to understand way, making it easy for me to make a decision. Love that Willard is full service and offers options and prioritized findings for me.

Very good experience! Mark arrived within the time window given and was extremely helpful and informative. He found my AC issue fairly quickly, but he stayed longer making sure there no additional issues and doing extra checks one the AC unit. He gave helpful tips and was genuinely friendly. Highly recommend.

CJ was great. He was a wonderful representative of the company. He was prompt. Provided a quote and provided us everything we neede. Highly recommend him.

Jimmy Nguyen of Willard air and heating did an inspection of my 3 units today and I’m impressed with their service and I will continue to use him. Jimmy was very professional and on time. He communicated excellently and has become my favorite technician to use.

De’undrey was great! Professional & personable. He had our A/C issue figured out within 10 minutes. Extremely satisfied!

Peyton went above and beyond today with my ac inspection. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of so when others would’ve just taken the easy road and said all was good.

Air went out today, Danny arrived within hours, explained thoroughly and I bought a new system. I am not happy that it couldn’t be repaired, but a 22 year old system in Texas is sure to fail at some point. New AC install is tomorrow morning at 9 am. Danny is a very nice personable young man. Desmond was absolutely the best! He listened for the sound with me and didn’t leave until it was fixed. Simply a matter of tightening screws on the outside and checking wires on inside. He was so pleasant as well. Knows his stuff. Just love this company so far!

We've had a membership with Willard for at least a few years. Every interaction has been fantastic! All our appointments have went well, no issues with getting the right repair or with repairs being fairly priced. Our most recent service from Jacob is just one of the great examples of what to expect!
