Seth was great. Called and said he'd be there at 2:00 and showed up straight up at 2:00. Explained everything in a way I could understand and took pictures to show Mr what was wrong. Great experience through the entire process.
Yesterday evening our HAVC system controllers lost power, in that Willard sent their technician (Daniel) out to our house. In 10 mins he spotted the issues, gave me a PMI lesson and showed me things to look for and performed the repair. He was courteous and professional, much appreciated Willard's commitment to their customers.
