Roberto was wonderful! He repaired a separate plumbing issue last year did a great job then as well. He's knowledgeable honest and friendly.

I've been using Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing for a while now and I always receive excellent service! My technician, CJ Mason, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He did an extraordinary job. I would recommend Willard to anyone.

Showed up promptly took the time needed to make sure the job was done correctly and when he left we were very satisfied with the professionalism and work.

I have used Willard Heating and Air for many years and have always had excellent service. Mark on time and very organized. He took the time to answer all our questions and we felt at ease with the recommendation and the work preformed. We will definitely call on this company in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.

So far I'm not that happy with Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing. I signed up for one of their maintenance contracts and I cannot get them to cancel it. Seth was great. Called and said he'd be there at 2:00 and showed up straight up at 2:00. Explained everything in a way I could understand and took pictures to show Mr what was wrong. Great experience through the entire process.

Yesterday evening our HAVC system controllers lost power, in that Willard sent their technician (Daniel) out to our house. In 10 mins he spotted the issues, gave me a PMI lesson and showed me things to look for and performed the repair. He was courteous and professional, much appreciated Willard's commitment to their customers.

Peyton was able to fix the problem on the second attempt.

CJ is friendly, professional, fast, and efficient. He got my system running lightning fast. He answered all of my questions. I will do business with this company again.

Called before 6PM on a Friday. Was told very soon to expect an ETA from a service tech. 3+ hours go by before he ever showed up and was "wrapping up a job." Mr Clint was very prompt and professional. He was able to come, listen to what I could describe about the situation with the system then he started the diagnosis. Saw the problem, explained to me what was going on and what needed to be replaced.

Jimmy is a very professional service rep. He went out of his way to help me resolve all my air-conditioning issues. He checked and re-checked to make sure nothing had been missed. I appreciated his sincere concern regarding my system.

Sam was very detailed and helpful, He went above and beyond. He pulled the ladder down to get to the air conditioner and debri from us getting a new roof fell on the carpet and he was kind enough to vacuum it up.He also kept me informed of what he was doing and why.

We've had a membership with Willard for at least a few years. Every interaction has been fantastic! All our appointments have went well, no issues with getting the right repair or with repairs being fairly priced. Our most recent service from Jacob is just one of the great examples of what to expect!

Roy came came for our HVAC maintenance. He was here in a timely manner and was very professional. We had issues with both our AC units and heaters. He was able to get them both running again. Later on, he contacted me to ask if everything was working fine and told me to reach out if needed.

Great guys, showed up on time got right to work all this easily convinced me I should setup the yearly maintenance and keep my ac unit in great working order.

Great team. Very courteous. Mr vanoie was knowledgeable and corrected the problem with professionalism and took the time to do it right. He did not take the easy way. Today is hot. 98 degrees. He did not complain but was patient and precise.

Angel and his partner did an excellent job removing a lot of rioted ductwork under the house and replacing it with new ductwork material. It was a very cumbersome job to do through a small crawl space to get under the house. They were nothing but professional, personable, and very thorough.
