Great guys, showed up on time got right to work all this easily convinced me I should setup the yearly maintenance and keep my ac unit in great working order.
Roy was very courteous and only recommended repairs for what was truly needed. After inquiring for more detail on replacing the unit, he explained in detail and got assistance from management if he could not answer the questions. The services was provided exactly how he explained it and I appreciate his honest honesty. Thank you.

The tech showed up within the window I was given but only washed the coils as the system is frozen badly. As a result, they have to come back Friday morning to check the system out, leak check and recharge the system. Will have to do actual review after repairs are made hopefully tomorrow.

My a/c drain was plugged up and backing up into my carpet. Brandon came abt 8pm and worked really hard on getting it cleaned out and draining properly. He was very personable and was happy to explain things and give advice for the future.
