Had to call for a late in the day service on my AC (a necessity in Texas). Technician Emorrick arrived and quickly diagnosed a refrigerant leak, was able to weld the leak, then recharged the system and ran a thorough check. Very pleasant guy, he was easy to talk to and didn't mind me hanging around.

Jeremy K. was very professional. He goes above and beyond to do the job right! I highly recommend!

Today was the first time for Plummer. He went over all areas. Bathrooms,kitchen water heater and made recommendations on replacement. Both did an awesome job on answering questions.

For some reason, I still do not get the heat that I suppose to get. At 73 and 74 a cold air mixed comes to the living room floor. In the Kitchen, I feel a heat nicely. The capacitor is replaced and it should be working as it was said. But it is not. What is the next step? You the expert and show me your professional stunt!
