Aaron was wonderful. He took the time to explain all of what he was going to due during my normal maintenance check. Once completed he also showed/explained pictures and offered solutions to some concerns.
Showed up promptly took the time needed to make sure the job was done correctly and when he left we were very satisfied with the professionalism and work.
The personnel from Willard made a bad experience almost seem pleasant. They were professional and very courteous.
Kaylie was friendly and professional. Explained the issues and what needed to be done for HVAC and furnace service and cleaning and how they will do it and provided an estimate.
All three young men, John, Marco and (please forgive me) I have forgotten the third young man's name were friendly and courteous and did an excellent job. They covered the furniture that was close to the vents they were cleaning and vacuumed as they finished each one. They were efficient and thorough and I appreciate their work!!
