Kaylie was friendly and professional. Explained the issues and what needed to be done for HVAC and furnace service and cleaning and how they will do it and provided an estimate.

Desmond was absolutely the best! He listened for the sound with me and didn’t leave until it was fixed. Simply a matter of tightening screws on the outside and checking wires on inside. He was so pleasant as well. Knows his stuff. Just love this company so far!

We've had a membership with Willard for at least a few years. Every interaction has been fantastic! All our appointments have went well, no issues with getting the right repair or with repairs being fairly priced. Bryan did a great job inspecting our 35 plus year old home. Over the years we have made some major upgrades including the plumbing with new shutoffs on a majority of the new sinks. Bryan also noted our garbage disposal was 9 years old and we discussed options available. Water heater had been replaced 2022 after major water leak.

Today was the first time for Plummer. He went over all areas. Bathrooms,kitchen water heater and made recommendations on replacement. Both did an awesome job on answering questions.

Technician arrived on time and got the job done quickly.

Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.

Robert Ray was professional, and did a good job explaining his findings and recommendations for our HVAC systems.

Hit or miss with Willard depending on Tech. Get bids. Most of their techs will try and take advantage of the situation and overcharge. Last guy was nice but said it could take him over 4 hours to perform his work. Took him 45 minutes and I was charged $580 for a job that every other HVAC company charges $250. Was told they get credit for overcharging.

Desmond was very courteous and professional. He was very thorough took his time to make sure he checked everything on both of our units. He shared some tips on checking filters. We would highly recommend Willard and Desmond

We were given a bill of $688 and I signed. Then we find out that a diagnostic charge was added after the signing, I was unaware until it showed up on our charge card. You won the battle but you have lost the war. You won't see us again after 8 years of loyalty to you.

Mark and Chris were great. Great communication. Arrived earlier than expected, which was great. Explained everything they did. Were able to look at another issue, while they were there. Very professional.

I had Willard out to perform my air conditioning and my heater check. I received a detailed report and pictures from my visit. I was also told about any repairs needed for my unit so I can prepare for those cost in the future.

I was given a 4 hour window for tech to show up when I made the appointment a month ago. Seemed weird to have to adhere to that wide a window that far in advance. But, I got billed for the service that day! Not a happy camper. He did not make the 4 hour window and I could not be there. Randy Willard would not be happy about this service call.
