We had to make that dreaded Sunday evening call after the blower went out on our AC. Luckily, Peyton was available and came out and provided excellent customer service. Peyton found the issue and provided the estimate in a quick and timely manner. Great service, impressed with how fast he arrived and his knowledge and thoroughness of the system.

Zakary was here for our semi-annual maintenance; he was very professional and courteous, showed up when he said he would, was very thorough but quick and did not try to sell me anything.

Roy came came for our HVAC maintenance. He was here in a timely manner and was very professional. We had issues with both our AC units and heaters. He was able to get them both running again. Later on, he contacted me to ask if everything was working fine and told me to reach out if needed.

We pay for their annual maintenance plan. AC stopped cooling at 5pm on a 100-degree Wednesday in August. I called at 6. They were home at 7:15 and it was fixed at 7:45. Texh showed me the issue, fixed it and was very polite. Very grateful that this company in here in DFW.

Daniel was professional, worked efficiently. He had great people skills too. I trusted him to manage the repair. We have had problems that were under warranty-no fault of Willard. Each technician that has come has been honest, professional, worked efficiently, and thoroughly explained what they were doing and why.

Repair person was very knowledgeable and precise, very friendly and professional. Went straight to problem and resolved it. He also pointed out all other noticeable issues with suggestions. Very pleased with his service.

Bryan did a great job inspecting our 35 plus year old home. Over the years we have made some major upgrades including the plumbing with new shutoffs on a majority of the new sinks. Bryan also noted our garbage disposal was 9 years old and we discussed options available. Water heater had been replaced 2022 after major water leak.

I returned from vacation to find my AC unit not working. My house was a miserable 97 degrees. I called Willard and they were able to get an appointment scheduled that evening. Within three hours of returning home, my unit was fixed and cooling. Great customer service all the way around!

Good repair Heating properly now

Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.

Out tech Omar came quickly on a Saturday to deal with an A/C condenser overflow. He is very knowledgeable and explained the system and what he would do to fix it. He also pointed out several areas for improvement in our hvac system. We are very happy with Willard and Omar.

Tech arrived with advanced notice. Promptly went about searching for solution to why cooling was not performing. Solved the loose wire issue within half hour. Good response and courteous.
