Our Air Conditioner stopped working. The Willard tech arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it as rapidly as he could get replacement parts.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! They came to our house to fix a room that was hotter than the rest of the house. They charged us over 5,000.00 and said the issue was fixed. We had to make that dreaded Sunday evening call after the blower went out on our AC. Luckily, Peyton was available and came out and provided excellent customer service. Peyton found the issue and provided the estimate in a quick and timely manner. Great service, impressed with how fast he arrived and his knowledge and thoroughness of the system.

The technician Jacob Henley was very kind to remove a dead snake from my outside unit. He went above and beyond. He was very nice and polite.

We've had a membership with Willard for at least a few years. Every interaction has been fantastic! All our appointments have went well, no issues with getting the right repair or with repairs being fairly priced. Again Willard comes thru with fast and great service. I called today and they came today to repair. Our a:c and furnace was replaced 3 1/2 yrs ago by Willard and they are great! The tech today was David Romero did great and also have an estimate to clear our dryer vent. Thank so much!

Zakary was here for our semi-annual maintenance; he was very professional and courteous, showed up when he said he would, was very thorough but quick and did not try to sell me anything.

Roy came came for our HVAC maintenance. He was here in a timely manner and was very professional. We had issues with both our AC units and heaters. He was able to get them both running again. Later on, he contacted me to ask if everything was working fine and told me to reach out if needed.
