Service technician very knowledgeable and professional

Technician showed up in scheduled time, was friendly, was clean, and conducted himself in a professional manner.

A technician (Michael Farris) arrived within 2 hrs and corrected installation error that caused auxillary heat to malfunction. I'm very pleased with speed and knowledge of tech.

Omar was excellent. He knows his stuff and you can tell he cares about his clients. Also, my dogs loved him!

My Technician was wonderful, on time, very professional and respectful. Good display of excellent customer service and resourceful. I thank Williard Air/ Heating for these wonderful years I have been with them and their making sure my family is well protected.

Update 11/2022: Once again it’s Willard to the rescue! The heater was not working properly and cold weather is here. Called for my heat pump not running during the massive ice/snow event 2-2021. Showed up in 26 hrs and had it running in less than 30 minutes. Explained exactly what was wrong, what was done and charged just the service charge. Checked the whole system. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience.

I highly recommend Willard! Getting our AC fixed within two hours of initially calling for an appointment on a hot Sunday afternoon was such a relief! Office staff was so friendly and personable and our technician Darrell was so courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased!
