Great experience, Michael took care of my list of plumbing help with fixing a toilet leak, installing a Wax ring, and a new bidet seat. He was very thorough and efficient. Highly recommend

Bobby was professional and is very detailed oriented. Explained everything in a clear manner, answered every question I had and then some. Gave me different options and helped me with financing. He is the reason I would call Willard again. Updated: Peyton was thorough and explained everything in a clear manner. Had…

Zak was an incredible help getting our thermostat/app set up He was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The office staff were also helpful in setting up appointment and communicating with us. Receiving a text with technicians picture is a great safety tool. Willard installed new system last April and each step of…
After an exhaustive search for an AC contractor, my last try was Williards who had previously done a new system install at my Sisters. During the visit they we prompt, polite, and masked. Knowing we had other contractors they asked if we had heat load calcs done, which we had. To save time, they offered to use this…
The first time I used Willard it was good experience, so I decided to use them again. This second time around has been a total disaster. I called them for an issue with my HVAC unit. After speaking with the repair tech, I agree to do a unit replacement rather than a repair due to cost versus age of the unit. As we…
Great experience - Ronaldis was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Quality work. Got the job done when committed. Thank you!!
Omar Martinez, did the inspection of our units. He was very thorough and explained the need to change our 5T unit base on his findings of the unit which is 18 years old. The biggest concerned is the carbon monoxide leakage if the coils crack. He also explained the cost of the repair and warranty and the payment…
The 15 year old system quit on a Sunday morning, that evening we found out why. New laws prevented a simple replacement ... it was "new system time." When the representative said the new system would lower my electricity bill, I was skeptical. I have attached my daily bill and I must say I convinced. The install…
Sam was very detailed and helpful, He went above and beyond. He pulled the ladder down to get to the air conditioner and debri from us getting a new roof fell on the carpet and he was kind enough to vacuum it up.He also kept me informed of what he was doing and why.
Edit 7/22/25: De’undrey was out today and did a phenomenal job. De’undrey showed up promptly within the window quoted. He showed up and got straight to work on replacing the blower motor. De’undrey worked quickly and efficiently and didn't waste time. He was almost done with repairs and noticed there was another…
Darrell was courteous and helpful in performing the service we needed. We intend to request him for future service calls.
Seth Green just did the HVAC maintenance of my unit and he is very professional in dealing with clients. He has an expert knowledge in what he is doing and he takes time to explain the things that he is checking on the unit. He is patient enough to explain what he is checking, the numbers reflecting in the tool he…
