After an exhaustive search for an AC contractor, my last try was Williards who had previously done a new system install at my Sisters. During the visit they we prompt, polite, and masked. The first time I used Willard it was good experience, so I decided to use them again. This second time around has been a total disaster. I called them for an issue with my HVAC unit. After speaking with the repair tech, I agree to do a unit replacement rather than a repair due to cost versus age of the unit. As we… Read full review

Great experience - Ronaldis was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Quality work. Got the job done when committed. Thank you!!

Omar Martinez, did the inspection of our units. He was very thorough and explained the need to change our 5T unit base on his findings of the unit which is 18 years old. The biggest concerned is the carbon monoxide leakage if the coils crack. He also explained the cost of the repair and warranty and the payment… Read full review

The 15 year old system quit on a Sunday morning, that evening we found out why. New laws prevented a simple replacement ... it was "new system time." When the representative said the new system would lower my electricity bill, I was skeptical. I have attached my daily bill and I must say I convinced. The install… Read full review

Sam was very detailed and helpful, He went above and beyond. He pulled the ladder down to get to the air conditioner and debri from us getting a new roof fell on the carpet and he was kind enough to vacuum it up.He also kept me informed of what he was doing and why.

Edit 7/22/25: De’undrey was out today and did a phenomenal job. De’undrey showed up promptly within the window quoted. He showed up and got straight to work on replacing the blower motor. De’undrey worked quickly and efficiently and didn't waste time. He was almost done with repairs and noticed there was another… Read full review

Darrell was courteous and helpful in performing the service we needed. We intend to request him for future service calls.

Seth Green just did the HVAC maintenance of my unit and he is very professional in dealing with clients. He has an expert knowledge in what he is doing and he takes time to explain the things that he is checking on the unit. He is patient enough to explain what he is checking, the numbers reflecting in the tool he… Read full review

Charles and Damien were awesome.

My A/C needed to he replaced and he was able to get the system working in 109° heat until they could get it replaced a few days later.

Fast, effective, fair, polite!

Jonathan and Patrick did a very thorough maintenance of our system. They were very professional and answered all our questions. Highly recommend these gentlemen for their quality service!

They did such a great job installing my new HVAC system.

My overall experience with this company is that I am very satisfied. Their technicians are very nice and they know exactly the job they are doing.

Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.

Joel and his team did a great job!

Very nice people on time and very helpful. Kept me as comfortable as they could until unit was fixed by bringing a portable unit out for my bedroom. The installation guys super nice even helped me change my light bulb so I did not have to climb a ladder. The Quality control gentleman was very helpful as well. I had… Read full review

Installed a new unit in July, and it stopped working after the electricity in our neighborhood went down for about 30 seconds. When the electricity came back up, the thermostat wouldn’t turn back on. Since it’s a smart thermo, I couldn’t try any of the old things we used to be able to try BEFORE we called a… Read full review

They are great

Tim & all of the Willard staff are amazing. So thorough, helpful & kind.

I've gone through a ton of companies to service our HVAC system over the past 17 years (via home warranty) but I just couldn't deal with anymore "band-aids" on our super old system which is all home warranty will cover until it is deemed 100% not-fixable so for my mental health sake I researched companies to replace… Read full review

Bobby was friendly and honest. New the answers to my questions. On time and patient.

Clever was amazing. He looked at everything and kept me informed every step of the way. My experience with Willard Air has been a very good one.

We've used Willard for many years for service and like their service techs. Service guys are honest, can't say that for their sales staff, installers, and management. I would use them for service. I would NOT use them for any major work and installation. They do not stand behind their work. We have two 5 ton… Read full review

From the estimate to the installation the Willard team was efficient and worked with me for the best possible installation of 4 new units to my home.
