Patrick Hall got our thermostat troubles fixed in less than an hour and showed us how our two-zone system was set up. Great service, on time, and reasonable price. Nice job, Willard and Patrick!
Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.
