Out tech Omar came quickly on a Saturday to deal with an A/C condenser overflow. He is very knowledgeable and explained the system and what he would do to fix it. He also pointed out several areas for improvement in our hvac system. We are very happy with Willard and Omar.

I called this company they made an appointment for 2 days later , between 2-4 pm. They never called and never showed. When I reached out to them they said they canceled my appointment and refused to service my location. And they are sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t call them if you want them to show up!!!
Charles and Brian (Bryan) were great. They took time to explain things, showed me pictures, and worked well together. The 5 stars are for them. Not every experience we've had with Willard has been 5-star worthy.
