This gentleman showed up ready to go and he solved most of the issues answered a majority of the questions and also informed us of where we needed to make the updates. All around opinion I would say he is professional accurate polite and on time which is a plus.

I returned from vacation to find my AC unit not working. My house was a miserable 97 degrees. I called Willard and they were able to get an appointment scheduled that evening. Within three hours of returning home, my unit was fixed and cooling. Great customer service all the way around!

The technicians were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, clean, courteous and thorough. We needed a new AC unit and they came the next day and installed it. We will be using them in the future.

We have an almost 5 year old system that needed a part that was no longer available. Patrick worked through the issue and made the repair. He explained everything clearly and was very professional and friendly.

Patrick found the issue that was causing a breaker to trip when stage 2 heat was activated. The breaker is 30 amps and the unit is 60 amps. Seems like something the installation should have known to check for.

Great service from office to field. Tyler got the job done quick and demonstrated in depth knowledge of the trade. The office folks were nice, professional, and accommodate 3 reschedules with grace due to life issues. All around great job to their team! If you need HVAC repair, do yourself a favor and use these folks.

Showed up on time and made the repair quickly.

I called at nine, they got us a technician very quickly. He came and fixed the problem right away. He was friendly, efficient and intelligent. It’s not even 11 and my house is cooling now. We will use them again.
