Julian and Francisco were extremely professional, knowledgable and able to diagnose and fix issue.
Bobby was professional and is very detailed oriented. Explained everything in a clear manner, answered every question I had and then some. Gave me different options and helped me with financing. He is the reason I would call Willard again. Updated: Peyton was thorough and explained everything in a clear manner. Had…

Lee was excellent this time and the last. Called prior to arrival. Looked over everything closely and expeditiously. I would recommend Lee and Willard to anyone with home maintenance needs
Mark did an excellent job and took the time to explain what the work included.
Called and needed heat looked at because it wasn’t working at all over night and getting cold. Scheduling Representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. Scheduled same day service on Veteran’s day, Kaylie G. got to the house within 1-2 hours. Evaluated system, including gas furnace, thermostat wiring and…
Jose was great found all the issues and walked us through everything

Although generally satisfied, always hate how they try to upsell every time they are out. Now even receive text messages trying to continuously sell. Well, system…

I have used Willard HVAC before and find them to be an honest, hard working local, family owned business that I recommend to anyone. Technician rearranged ductwork and calibrated thermostat to provide…
Tim & all of the Willard staff are amazing. So thorough, helpful & kind.
My Willard Heat & AC technician, Sal Palmieri, was prompt, friendly, and very professional. I went up into the attic with Mr Palmieri after he finished replacing our thermostat. After the recent record cold weather , I realized that two of our Heating units were not working properly. Sal was very deliberate as he…
I have used Willard Heating and Air for over 15 years. I have replaced two Trane 4-ton units with them and they revised my ductwork to make it all more efficient. Prices were reasonable and the quality of equipment was top notch. I can also say that their service is incredible. They back what they sell, and come…
