Jose was great at answering any questions while here giving a quote for electrical. Very nice and pleasant gentleman.
Jose Lopez, Jr. and Jose Ramos are two very excellent electricians! They came to install a whole house surge protector. But found problems with the old breakers that could be a potential safety issue. That hazard has been taken care of today during the same visit. My Mom and I are relieved and extremely grateful!
Ismael did a fantastic job! Very kind, very informative. We’ll be calling yall again if we need your services.
Great Job, honest, sincere
Roberto was amazing, and Zachery were amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
Mr Green is a very knowledgeable technician and did a very good job.
Today, Roberto Morales came out to take care of several plumbing concerns at my home. While I have used Willards for my air conditioner service and maintenance, this was my first time calling them out for plumbing. I was extremely pleased to learn that their level of service, professionalism and courtesy extends to…
Brian K came out. Knowledgeable, professional April, 2024 - Jose Sanchez came out and replaced the electric panel and installed a whole house surge protector with his helper Braley. Very professional and craftsman quality electric work. Also had the outlets and light switches reinstalled. Very nice work even the…
Very good service
Bryan came out and looked at our walk-in tub & I was very encouraged as to his ability to repair a walk in tub that leaked & the cold water knob would not turn. He was very respectful of the surrounding stone work not being disturbed. Did a wonderful job!
Charles was very thorough and polite. He went above and beyond. When he finished I felt like I made a new friend.
They are always timely respectful and understanding. I recommend Willard’s for many reasons but their employees like Bryan are the main reason I continue using them.
He came out and fixed our leaky toilet. He did a great job.
Chuck was very prompt and professional. Fixed our problem and all three toilets work perfectly
Bryan Kitching of your staff fixed our toilets in no time and exceeded my expectations!
Good
Jeremy Kennedy arrived on time And was very helpful. I will ask for him again when needed
Kevin and Jeremy were great. Very polite, personable and helpful. They explained, and showed me, what they were doing and solved our problem quickly. I would recommend them to others. The company is also not real far from where we are, which is another good point. Thank you again.
Jeramy and Kevin were absolutely amazing on-time courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job
Nice enough guy but caused me to have to return the new toilet he was installing for a different one due to giving me the wrong rough in size. Asked me if it was a problem that it was at least 6 inches away from the wall.
Lousy service. The call was for a A/C tuneup not for an upsell to furnace. The respresentative took less than 1 minute looking at A/C unit, more time on how my furnace was, and its condition. I clearly called for a tuneup. When I asked if he was going to tune up the unit, he said no. Granted the furnace is old. A/c…
Bryan Kitching was on time, very professional, explained everything in detail, cleaned up, and did a thorough walk-through before he left. Would highly recommend Willard to anyone.
Gustavo was great, very professional. He went through all the checks to see what was the issue with our faucet and toilet. He did a great work on our faucets. Very happy with his work.
The young man they came out here. He was very, very nice very respectful. I gave him 10 stars.
Very knowledgeable and efficient. Fixed issue quickly with good explaination.
The plumber can right in and immediately found the issue.
Fast repair.
Williard Heating, Cooling & Plumbing (Chuck May) provided great service. Chuck cleared our drains, which was the purpose of the original call, and he took the time to explain how our system works and what we need to do to maintain our plumbing. I learned a lot today :). I am very happy with his service and will…
Chuck came out very quickly and assessed our potential water leak. Our water bill jumped from $100 to 700 and that we used18,000 gallons of water in 2 days. Seriously, that's a whole swimming pool!! He isolated each area to determine where the leaks were. We do have a small leak on our water heater and sprinkler…
My tech was awesome. He was professional and operated with excellent customer service.
Baylee was professional, provided thorough explanations, as well as alternatives to fixing the problem. He was excellent in providing details on future maintenance issues to consider.
Got some minor plumbing work done, replacing shut off valves and a disposal. Discovered the company also does electrical and had a light installed by Jason. Both jobs were completed to satisfaction. The techs were friendly and informative.
Gustavo came to diagnose my toilet issue that’s been going on for awhile. He was great and friendly. With his experience we were able to find the problem.
Great service, great response time to my requested service. I will recommend them!!
Alex was my assigned technician who called ahead of my appointment to confirm his arrival. Alex was very professional and fixed my run toilet in no time. I definitely recommend this company.
Alex did great work with multiple issues we called Willard for. Alex quickly reviewed all problems and showed multiple levels of possible repairs. There was no pressure and he was very professional. Definitely using them for any other jobs!
